FACT: Vaccine Injuries happen every year in the United States.
These injuries have been happening since vaccines were introduced. They are not rare. Over time the number of claims against vaccine manufacturers, and healthcare providers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates, i.e., put the manufacturers of vaccines out of business.
The American Congress responded by enacting The (NCVIA) National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, establishing a federal no-fault alternative to the traditional tort system to compensate victims injured by mandated vaccines, providing liability-free protection to Vaccine Manufacturers and establishing a new, terribly inefficient, arduous way for American citizens to seek justice and litigation inside the Federal Vaccine Court of Special Masters.
The NVIC Program is Funded by a $. 75 excise tax imposed upon American Citizens on vaccines recommended by the CDC for routine administration to children. The excise tax is imposed on each dose received by citizens. “The Department of Treasury collects the excise taxes and manages the Fund’s investments and produces Vaccine Injury Compensation Trust Fund Monthly Reports.”
The Government assures the public that… “Conclusions regarding vaccine safety should not be drawn from the fact that cases were settled. Settlements are one way of quickly resolving a petition. Approximately 60 percent of all compensation awarded by the VICP comes as result of a negotiated settlement between the parties.”
The vaccine injury fund is only accessible to litigants who successfully win in Federal Vaccine Court. The majority that apply never make it that far. Americans can only use Vaccine Court Lawyers, and those lawyers do not have to win to be paid for their time. They are paid by the VICP directly out of the same Vaccine Injury Fund meant for injured citizens. Lawyers can abandon their clients and still receive payment from the court.
To date, the Vaccine Injury Fund has paid out around 4.3 Billion to injured, permanently handicapped, and dead Americans since its inception. The program attempts to assure the public that the court’s payout are not a reflection of mass injury in us when the USGOV states, “for every 1 million doses of vaccine that were distributed, approximately one individual was compensated.” Rather, the public should see this as a great travesty!
The Medical teaching institutions are not adequately preparing doctors and nurses to adequately identify the vaccine injured and teach them how to file a VAERS report to ensure cases are investigated. Additionally, medical providers are not helping their patients find their way to the vaccine court for justice.
Sadly if American citizens are not correctly diagnosed, and their cases well documented, promptly, the short window to file with the Federal vaccine court will close while they are still pursuing medical therapeutics and accurate diagnosis. Citizens only have a statute of limitation of 3 years from the time of vaccine injury to file their case in court. They must secure a vaccine lawyer and produce adequate documentation of the injury.
Sadly, our medical profession is failing their patients in this regard with inefficient recognition of vaccine injury, and sufficient documentation and treatment modalities pursued. Additionally, once the citizen is fortunate enough to have a lawyer, that is free to them, and what looks like a pursuit of justice, if that citizen cannot find a qualified, intelligent specialist willing to testify in federal vaccine court on their behalf documenting scientifically how the vaccine is genuinely responsible for the injurie(s), their case is over, their lawyer is paid by the court, and no justice was served. This is why, there the USGOV can boast there has only been “one case compensated for every million doses of vaccines distributed.”
The injustice must stop! We need brave doctors willing to do the hard work of learning about vaccines and identifying the signs and symptoms of vaccine injury, early.
