5G and LED Street lighting as weapons systems? Isn’t 5G wireless just a communication technology for “faster” internet speeds? Aren’t LED street lights more “climate-friendly,” using less energy and costing less to operate? What is truth vs. fiction here? And how do both 5G and LED street lighting systems affect your health? How can they be used as weapons to maim and kill?
International attorneys Todd Callender and Mark Steele have been working tirelessly on this research: British engineer, inventor, patent writer, and weapons research and fracture mechanics scientist. Mark is an engineer with a materials science background, and inventor of the world’s first binocular optical waveguides, weapons sight systems, infrared thermal imaging head-up displays, molecular reactors, signal processing, and transducer design, to name a few of his many patents.
Mark Steele’s research over his career includes other battlefield interrogation and weapon systems, including Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems (LAWS), I.4 Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), Light Detection And Ranging (LIDAR), phased array radar technologies, including 5G for tracking weapons platforms, as well as biological assets on and off the battlefield that are increasingly used in a civilian setting to include facial recognition technologies, autonomous electric vehicles, drones. None of these technologies and weapons systems have been fully environmentally assessed for harm from their radiation emissions to the general public or wildlife. I.5
The use of directional microwave radiation weapons by unknown actors on US embassies in Cuba, China, and Russia, known as Havana Syndrome, is still not fully recognized by the authorities. Havana Syndrome bears all the hallmarks of microwave radiation emissions, which have left victims suffering significant and irreparable neurological damage, among other injuries. The US government has been unable to keep these weapons secret and recently passed a bill to compensate embassy staff victims. I.2

Mark explains the health risks and potential harm to the body from with EMF radiation from all the “G’s” but explains that 5G is completely different from 1-4G and 5G is exponentially worse for many technical reasons. Typically, the 5G antenna design uses a larger power input and directed output to deliver focused, high-power data compression signals measured in watts or electron volts. The aviation industry, including Boeing and Airbus, have recently raised concerns over 5G due to its capability to endanger passenger aircraft that do not have the military mitigation technologies in a civilian setting to protect their pilots or aeroplane flight control systems against directed energy emissions. The telecoms industry and other regulatory bodies have continually denied the real purpose, and the existence of the radiation dangers posed by the deployment of 5G technologies. These telecoms execs have actively misled the public by issuing demonstrably false press releases through local and national media, as well as by making false statements in courts in failed attempts to discredit experts, including Mark Steels, even though they had been advised by their own intelligence agencies that the experimental, uninsurable-for-harm technology was and is extremely dangerous to the security of the state. Cyber Command USA had been made aware of Mark Steele’s expertise and specifically requested his advice with regard to an unusual 5G antenna design deployed across the USA. Judge Nolan at Newcastle Crown Court stated that “The 5G risk must be debated” and that “This is a democracy and the public have a right to know.” The evidence Mark presented to the court defeated the attempt by the local authorities and actors in the British establishment to silence him from providing published scientific evidence on the risks posed to the public and environment by the 5G urban radar network and its ultimate purpose. The failed court action taken by the local authority created a publicity storm that helped to highlight the actual risks from the 5G deployment across the world, as well as the total lack of care taken by regulators allowing this 5G deployment.
Mark’s testimony in multiple court cases has exposed a critical point: The lack of any credible evidence of safety of the 5G light-emitting diode (LED) network and planned neural connection to the 5G grid. This lack of evidence of safety also includes nano metamaterial technologies that are contaminating vaccinations, that are not legal or lawful, and that breach a number of international and domestic laws.
Most (but not all) of Mark’s research and product development work has been carried out outside of the Official Secrets Acts (OSA) legislation.
But his role in several research and development projects over his entire working career does include some of a sensitive nature due to Official Secrets Act 1911 restrictions which he is not at liberty to disclose to the public. This work, however, has led to a deep understanding of Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, the compartmentalization of weapon product design projects, and Directed Energy Weapons (DEW), whose existence has until recently been obscured and sometimes denied. A different approach involves reports to Property & Casualty Liability Insurance companies. Many Property and Casualty insurers have withdrawn coverage in many municipalities for these known, dangerously unhealthy devices. This means that many cities, depending upon insurers, are exposed to liability damages when the deaths & injuries from 5G exposure start to be disclosed & become the basis of lawsuits.
Furthermore, based upon the tort law rule of “knew or should have known,” all city council members & management down to lower decision-making & implementation levels can be found personally liable for negligence in their duty of care to the public. The municipality itself has liability, and many find they are without liability insurance protection, since negligence voids most insurance coverage, even if the coverage is still in effect).
Citizen Action Steps to Remove 5G and LED Threats in YOUR Community:
- Contact your own municipality to find out who their P&C Liability insurers are, so that you may later contact that group to determine their coverage for 5G installations, and also ask about the P&C Liability coverage for LED lighting systems.
- Then notify in writing the city manager and/or legal counsel, the head of the city council, of the known health risks associated with 5G and of the potential city/corporate liability for injuries and deaths. Send notice by email and certified mail.
- Advise the city manager, legal counsel, and city council members of potential personal liability for injuries & deaths resulting from 5G. Ask them if their insurer provides liability protection for 5G operations, but verify this separately with the insurer.
- Once the notice of the potential harm from these 5G poles/towers is provable ⏤ given to the city employees or council members, they are on notice and are required (to avoid liability) to investigate the matter, and possibly halt installation of these poles, if not to begin also to address their removal upon findings of potential harm to the public per supra. https://www.bawallacelaw.com/legally-mean-someone-knew-known/
- Most states have state leagues of municipalities representing them on the state & federal levels. Contact this office and provide the health risk info below, giving notice to them as well. This will assure that most all other municipalities will receive notice.
- Contact the National League of Cities, with the same info. These groups are obliged to warn & inform their member cities of liability concerns regarding 5G and LED system installations.
- Attorney Virginia Curry and Mark Steele also provide information (see below) to shield your eyes from the harmful effects of 5G and LED radiation. Regular sunglasses reduce radiation impact if they have ABS lenses, but it is important they are iridium mirror coated, which reflects the full spectrum radiation back out, and is one way to redirect light emissions, including microwaves. The mirror-coated lenses interfere with both facial recognition devices and focused radiation emissions. The iridium mirror coating uses sputter deposition to attach the reflective material to the ABS lens. So these are two very helpful elements. Military who are operating out of FOB will have been told to wear this eye protection, although since many DEW systems are secret, they may not have been informed why it is important to wear them. Protective eyewear is always required when working in any lab that uses lasers for experimentation, but they are usually spectrum specific. These 5G and LED systems are RGB, and so they also require reflective lenses to reduce the impact. The optical waveguide technology that Mark Steele invented was an outgrowth of understanding radiation.
