Many Americans have suffered since the 2020 pandemic hit. Loved ones were not provided early treatment options by the majority of America’s primary care providers. Our public health authorities offered no early treatment options to guide America’s doctors and nurses. In 2020, the CDC website recommended minimalistic help to Americans telling the people to social distance and put masks in their homes and recommended taking Tylenol for headaches and pain.

Fact Checkers were working absurdly fast to make sure 2020 Americans, locked down, knew that fresh air and sunlight would NOT help COVID, and they were awaiting studies to be sure fresh air was helpful. In 2022, two years later, the EPA would tell the public that ventilation does, in fact, lower the concentrations of indoor air pollutants, contaminants including any viruses,” as if everyone needed that proof.

The FDA made sure to warn the public of up-and-coming therapeutics. The WHO wanted to ensure you knew that antibiotics would not help COVID, even though many untreated COVID patients evolved into bacterial pneumonia, for which antibiotics are a beneficial therapeutic. The WHO made sure to put out little blue cartoon ads making sure that people knew that things like garlic and vitamins, did not help with COVID. Outpatient treatment Guidelines for COVID from the CDC to this day only lists, Paxlovid and Remdesivir, still not educating the public about how to actually care for yourself and your loved ones early during COVID.

But the most significant terrifying recommendation was to stay home until you have difficulty breathing, then go to the hospital. Needless to say, if you have a lethal pandemic virus and you stay home with no early treatment, there’s a good chance, the high-risk people, would NEED the hospital, due to respiratory distress, secondary to untreated progressing COVID. You don’t have to be a medical professional to recognize that the absence of helpful education for early beneficial COVID therapies could, in fact, land you in the hospital with respiratory distress.

American Doctors and nurses have years of experience and knowledge, and they should have pulled from that knowledge base and provided as much help to the masses as possible. Still, sadly, that did not happen for the majority of Americans. Because early treatment options were not taught to the masses in an easy-to-understand way so that people could have a fighting chance against the pandemic disease, many died, and even more, are suffering from the long-haul syndrome a year or two later because they were not given appropriate early treatment options during the first week of the virus. 2023 brings a new vision to the American people; to pursue justice for this medical neglect.

Too many have buried their loved ones over the last two years. They’ve been grieving the loss of those they love, but now it’s time to take action, and as Florence Nightingale reminds us, ‘To take actions that bring results.’ The majority of the populace does not realize that something unjust very likely happened to their deceased family members.

But it most certainly did. It took being a Covid patient in a Covid unit myself in 2020 to realize that something terrible was going on in our country, and it all started with NIH policies and guidelines. Or the lack of quality early treatment policies and guidelines, and then hospital policies and guidelines and protocols that would contribute to harm in patients.

One example I personally experienced was being denied my nebulizer breathing treatment as a COVID patient in the COVID Unit, because it was recommended against, by the NIH. Does this mean that every doctor and nurse that cared for a Covid patient in a hospital committed a crime of commission? No. But were there crimes of COVID Treatment commission and omission perpetrated on the American public? Absolutely!

The majority of the American public does not have a college education. The literacy rate of the American public is equal to a seventh or eighth grade reading level. This leaves us with a large population of people who do not know how to access help and find justice. It’s up to those who learn from sources like America Out Loud to take the knowledge learned, and share it with friends and neighbors, church members, coworkers, etc. It is up to each of us to help the American people.

It’s easy to do and doesn’t take a lot of time.

This must occur so that these hospitals will have investigations done by the joint commission to discover… Was there medical neglect? Was there medical abuse? Were medications denied? Were patients mistreated? Were patients denied access to patient advocates/family members? Were patients denied informed consent? Were patients even murdered in the hospital during their bout with Covid?

If you lost your loved one to Covid, I am so sorry. I want you to take comfort in knowing that your loved one has left you a shining bright torch sitting inside that hospital called their medical record. That shining torch is waiting for you to come and get it, and let the torch shine the light on the darkness that happened inside that facility surrounding your loved one and their care.  

There is some basic work you need to do to make sure you have what is needed to pursue justice.

1 – go to the doctor’s office who cared for you or your loved one and ask for a medical release of all records, (any medical industry that was utilized to help your loved ones survive, even at home, that failed you in any way, needs to have records released as well).

2 – go to the hospital where your loved one died or was treated for Covid, go to the medical records department and sign a release of records for all their medical records, including imaging CDs, imaging reports, doctors reports, nurse’s notes, medication list with administration history, lab work… Tell them you want everything.

Sometimes this will cost you as much as $50 to get the entire record in your possession. When you are asked why you are doing it, it is “for continuing care.” If the person is deceased, obviously, they have no continuing care, but the family members need to have access to the records for the sake of posterity. Sometimes only a spouse or designated relative can get access to the records of the deceased, but do whatever it takes to get the medical records in your possession.

3 – once you have the records in your possession, get a three-ring binder with multiple tabs, and separate the documents according to categories.

Lab work, doctor’s notes, imaging, radiology reports, nurse’s notes, medication, etc.

You may need to separate by hospital floor, and intensive care unit notes. 

Make duplicate copies if necessary.
Get them in order.
Contact one of the law firms mentioned above.
