On Friday, October 18, 2019, at the Pierre Hotel in New York, NY, Event 201 took place, which simulated a Coronavirus pandemic.

Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. 15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.

The exercise consisted of pre-recorded news broadcasts, live “staff” briefings, and moderated discussions on specific topics. These issues were carefully designed in a compelling narrative that educated the participants and the audience. The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation jointly propose these recommendations.

It lasted several months as they went through different scenarios, one of which was handling misinformation and disinformation in which some countries implemented internet shutdowns, with the aid of social media companies, to quail any competing narrative.

As this event was occurring, a novel coronavirus coming out of Wuhan, China, was already being spread. It felt uncomfortably ironic to many of us who were paying attention. Recently, the same trio: Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, simulated another epidemic called, Severe Enterovirus Epidemic Respiratory Syndrome or SEERS for short.

After listening to their “fictional simulated predictions,” Covid-19 was a mere dress rehearsal. This one predicts 15 million children dying globally. As of December 23, 2022, there have been 6,656,601 cumulated deaths, in nearly three years, reported to WHO. Covid 19 will pale in comparison.

One must prepare themselves in mind, body, and spirit going forward if you haven’t done so already. The first and most important thing we can do is not to fear. The way I do that is with my faith in the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob. The Bible commands us not to fear, but yet, so many do. Many so-called believers bowed down at the altar of the government and the fear-based propaganda that has been pushed relentlessly over nearly three years. This is where faith comes in. When we fear something, we lose the ability critically assess the situation, and propaganda is designed to brainwash us into believing what they are pushing.

The second thing we need to ask ourselves is whether we are living in our own will or the will our Father in heaven has for our lives. Throughout these last few years, daily, I pray to the Lord for me to live in His will and not my own. The scripture that always comes to mind is Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. He created us before the foundation of the world, as He states in Jeremiah 1:4. The Lord gave me (Jeremiah) this message: 5 “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born, I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”

This leads me to ask you, are you doing what the Lord created you to do, or have you been doing what your parents wanted you to do, what the pastor wants you to do, or what you want to do without any instruction from the one who created you? It’s easy to do what everyone wants you to do but are you doing the will of the father?

It is important to note that I do not have formal theologic education, nor do I profess to do everything right. My journey with Yeshua grows every day, and I am committed to a personal relationship with Him. I am merely sharing what is laid on my heart to share.

Matthew 7:21-24 states, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock…

Jesus said to the Father in the Garden of Gethsemane before he was to be slain, in Luke 22:42, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not My will, but Yours, be done.

In Matthew 6:9, Jesus tells us to pray this prayer:

9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.10 Your kingdom come. You will be done On earth as it is in heaven.11 Give us this day our daily bread.12 And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.13 And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

When we have a personal relationship with Him, His will be revealed to us, and if we truly have faith, we’re gonna execute His will for our life no matter what it looks or feels like. In June 2020, I submitted to Him and started asking Him to lead me. I was having a hard time with the made-up public health and hospital antiscientific policies and protocols, knowing full well it would lead to death and destruction both physically and mentally. In August 2021, He guided me to become a whistleblower. I submitted and listened.

Many know the voice of religion, not the voice of God. Don’t put God in a box.

Lastly, we must honor our body and the amazing things it was designed to do to keep us healthy. I challenge everyone to join me on a lifestyle reset that will last many weeks. Over these last few years, I’ve allowed the stronghold of using food for comfort instead of fuel to control me and have gained forty detrimental pounds. Many of us have, and I firmly believe this pandemic was designed to do that. Instructing people to stay home, order Uber and not get fresh air without a mask on was concerning in many ways.

That stops here and now! I’m going to tell you what I am doing and the reasons why so you can decide for yourself. As with any changes, please consult with your provider about what is best for you, and make sure you have a relationship with one that honors your autonomy and is up to date on research.

First, I’m going to make sure I am hydrated with water. Our body is mostly water, and for all our organs to function properly and cells to regenerate, they need water. It also aids in metabolism and weight loss. WebMD suggests, in general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh every day.” For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. If you’re a soda pop drinker doing this should significantly reduce that intake. Try your best to start eliminating that this week.

Next, stop eating sugar. Ever wondered what would happen if you stopped eating sugar for two weeks? I love how Dr. Eric Berg educates. Watch his video.

In just a few days, you will notice the following:

1. Lose appetite for sugar –

Every time you consume sugar, a hormone comes in there and pushes the sugars down, causing a low blood sugar situation that causes you to crave sugar.

2. Less hungry –

It’s the sugar that keeps you hungry all the time. Giving up sugar can help stabilize blood sugar.

3. Less fatigue –

Especially after eating a meal.

4. Lose excess water and fat –

For the first week, you’re going to dump a lot of excess water and more fat.

5. Enhanced mood and improved cognitive function —

More focus and concentration.

6. Skin looks better —

Glowing skin with less acne.

7. Less stiffness –

Less inflammation and less pain.

More benefits of quitting sugar:
• Build new enzymes to run the body on fat fuel
• Less inflammation in the arteries
• Growing brain cells
• Clean out a fatty liver
• Better kidney function

Lastly, move! If you’ve been sedentary, start slow. Aim to take a walk for 15 minutes or dance to your favorite song. Not only is it good for your cardiovascular and joint health, but exercise also improves your mood, you sleep better, and it releases a hormone called dopamine, referred to as “the happy hormone.” I will commit to a minimum of 30 minutes five days a week.

Track your progress by measuring your belly and your natural waist. This is the best indicator of progress. You got this! I know how hard it is to get started, and that is why I am introducing these changes slowly. You don’t want to do anything when you don’t feel good. I get it. Trust me. All we have to do is take the first step, and often times that is the hardest thing in the world to do. I’ll see you next week.
