When Republicans take control of both houses in November, they must do what the Department of Justice and FBI won’t do. They must pass laws and ensure that they are upheld to protect our country. We can no longer rely on the justice system to protect justice.
There are too many judges in the justice system who are activists. Judges at every level, from local, state, and federal, have chosen to forgo their jurisprudence to being woke. This couldn’t be more evident than Special Counsel John Durham’s two court losses involving the prosecution of two Russian Collusion conspirators, Michael Sussman and Igor Danchenko.
In both trials, the government had all the evidence, and a conviction should have been the verdict. People have been found guilty on less evidence (Jan 6 protestors, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort). But it wasn’t. And while some will say respect the jurors’ decision, how can we when the pool of jurors and judges were all compromised?
We can not allow our justice system to be made a mockery by those with designs to destroy the country with their powers. The only way to correct this is to completely take apart the justice system and FBI and start all over. This can only be done and should be done, without malice or retribution, by a Republican Congress. This has to be done to save our country and bring justice back to America.
