America needs a strong dose of real justice! Some believe this is what has fallen squarely on the head of Texas’s top lawyer, Attorney General Ken Paxton, who now faces twenty articles of impeachment. But in the sour land of deceit, nothing is as it seems. Once again, we behold a two-tier justice at work, always in favor of the unaccountable uniparty. The one absolute in this murky case has been completely ignored. It derives from Texas law.

We are again living in the dark ages of lawlessness. So, it’s no surprise to hear that Section 665.081 of the Texas Government Code was wholly ignored when a GOP-predominant Texas House of Representatives voted 121-23 on 27 May 2023 to impeach AG Paxton. The code plainly states [article (a)]: “An officer in this state may not be removed from office for an act the officer may have committed before the officer’s election to office.”

Could this be more straightforward?

The only remaining issue, then, is whether or not Paxton committed a criminal act after he took office. If not, then we have just witnessed another violation of a state constitution. If Mr. Paxton committed a criminal act while holding office, then his impeachment is justified; if not, it is illegal. Sorting this out shouldn’t be difficult.

Let’s start with the allegations. Paxton’s miseries began in 2015 when he was assailed with a securities fraud charge in the state District Court. For some reason, the case never went to trial. Then Rep. Ann Johnson (D-Houston) reported that a young man working in the AG’s office (Nate Paul, a whistleblower) mentioned overhearing a contractor in Paxton’s home, stating that Paul paid for a kitchen renovation. Allegedly, Paxton offered the man a job promotion; he quit his job and then was paid hush money. That’s a lot of hearsay from indirect sources.

More concerning is the fact that the witnesses against Paxton come from paid partisans, none of whom were required to sign a witness affirmation statement before the committee. Neither was any of them questioned under oath by any member of the Paxton impeachment committee. All of this resembles another committee that raised a lot of hullabaloos but had no substance at all, the January 6 Select Committee. Remember?

This raises concerns about motives. Why would a GOP-heavy Texas House vote against one of their own? And at such a critical time in history? One obvious answer is that Ken Paxton is a staunch conservative, a constitutionalist to the core. This rubs against the grain of most Republicans whose true loyalty resides with the uniparty.

So-titled Republicans don’t stick together as do the Democrat faction. If a RINO’s income or job security is at stake, they’ll side with the highest payer and take the easy road that is heavily traveled.

The more pressing motive for taking down Mr. Paxton is his many lawsuits against the Biden administration, including its efforts to force doctors to perform abortions under Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). In Paxton’s own words, “This administration has a hard time following the law, and now they are trying to have their appointed bureaucrats mandate that hospitals and emergency medicine physicians perform abortions.” This is state-sponsored murder. Yes, this regime refuses to follow the law. Due process of law is gone. The Constitution bears no weight in establishing the personal protection and well-being of American citizens. Human rights have fled our land.

Paxton also sued Biden’s misfits over illegal vaccine mandates, COVID-19 rules at the border, a border asylum rule (CBP One phone application), Second Amendment rights, and other law violations. Paxton was a huge constitutional thorn in the Biden regime’s side. Could it just be that Paxton is being targeted because he defends the Constitution and speaks the truth plainly? Might he be suffering the wrath of the black priests who stomp on all opposition? Likely so.

Maybe this is payback for challenging the integrity of the 2020 election process in the Supreme Court, attempting to invalidate millions of votes in battleground states (a legal challenge supported by 17 other states). The Texas state bar filed a professional misconduct lawsuit against Paxton for “attempting to overturn the 2020 elections.” Some of us would call it seeking a legitimate election. Had honesty prevailed, Biden would now be peacefully living in a happy memory care resident, engorging himself daily on ice cream.

The Texas House smells like roadkill. Paxton is the third state official to be impeached in Texas history. He was preceded by a governor in 1917 and a district judge in 1975. The bottom line in impeachment is proving the guilt of abusing office. Unfortunately for Paxton, many of his allegations appear to be a product of lawfare and a weaponized government. The message has become very clear: under American Communist rule, all citizens are declared guilty as accused, if accused by the ruling party. This is evil. It betrays every aspect of justice.

Witch hunts have become fashionable once again. They’re happening often. Donald Trump. General Flynn. Roger Stone. Steve Bannon. The January 6 Patriots. The freedom doctors. Now Ken Paxton. And many thousands of others about whom we hear nothing have suffered persecution. How does it feel to be wrongly accused? To have all the facts twisted, and truths distorted? It is horrible!

According to the law, Attorney General Ken Paxton’s rights have been violated by an illegal impeachment. We now await the results of the Senate trial, scheduled to begin by late August. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s statement on the articles of impeachment offers little solace. “The Senate will follow its constitutional duty….” That duty already has been violated by the House. Shall we expect anything better from another Special Committee assembled to recommend rules and procedures for impeachment?

If so, you might as well buy swamp land in Florida. What we need is to take the hill. The deep state swamp has flooded most of America. We must seek higher ground before every member of the peasantry class is persecuted. “Government integrity” has become an oxymoron, right along with “Department of Justice” and “military intelligence.”

Government abuse is worsening by the day. Big Brother already spies on us. They read your texts, and listen to your phone conversations. They steal your money, and they say they own your children. Their goal is to control every aspect of your life. God help the ones like Ken Paxton who try to expose it and rectify injustice. They deserve a ready and honest defense. But such support is elusive.

It’s only a matter of time before judicial abuse becomes physical abuse, and physical abuse becomes death. Auschwitz-style gas chambers are always just a generation away. The more we allow a government to terrorize us, the closer we come to tasting the worst inhuman suffering imaginable. Some say we can’t do a thing about it. I believe otherwise. Time will tell who’s right. Meanwhile, trust in the Lord, and live as a righteous warrior. The rest we just have to leave to God.
