It was the Christmas gift the Progressive Democrats did not want to hear. Who would have ever guessed that the two-letter word “No” would save America from becoming a socialist country? Yet, it did. West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin uttered the word, and it reverberated around the country, thus sealing the fate for Joe Biden’s Build Back Better Bill. And for now, the country was saved.
While it could just be a temporary save, the hosts of “After Dark” are pleased that Senator Joe Manchin put the kibosh on the left’s plan to change the essence of our great Republic. The road ahead will be treacherous, for the left with their foot soldiers, the liberal media are determined to push the country over the cliff with Joe’s Build Back Better agenda. The hosts offer words of caution to Republicans and Democrats that the country is at a crossroads, and we must wake up and choose our leaders carefully. As they see it, many who claim to love this country don’t necessarily have its best interest at heart.
