The American people have become witness to a growing tyrannical epidemic ever so prevalent these last couple of years regarding our food sources, from farmers to manufacturing plants, and the weaponization against our means of survival, our food sources. See a previous article for more on that, America Witnesses the Dismantling of the Food Industry One Tragedy at a Time.

We find ourselves living through a chaotic culture of unadulterated evil, the spawn of big government. Major corporations have joined forces with big tech, and big pharma, who bastardized and weaponized their wears against the common man of every color and belief system while trying to remove God from the American storyline.

This attack against the common man does not stop there; let’s reflect upon an Amish man and his family who endured the ravages of three letter agencies and their unjust laws. They may have diminished his food supply temporarily, but they didn’t take God out of his belief system.

This is a case of power and abuse against a diversified culture living within the United States. It’s a form of overreach against a religious Amish man, his family, his belief system, and his constitutional rights. Yet, we haven’t witnessed any attacks from the cultures of non-God fearing sanctuary cities.

This egregious story is important because it’s a testament to how alarmingly nefarious the regulatory powers have grown through the decades.

Amos Miller is an Amish man who was prosecuted by the bureaucratic Pennsylvanian food police for living and practicing a holistic lifestyle and business when armed government agencies rained down upon his property.

In the summer of 2021, Amos Miller was ordered to pay $250,000 for “contempt of court.” He was also ordered to pay the salaries of the USDA investigators assigned to his case. To avoid going to jail, he was ordered to pay $50,000 upfront as a gesture of “good faith.”

Never before in the history of America have we witnessed the first ever arrest by the U.S. Department of Agricultural Food Safety and Inspection Service against a private membership association farm business to enforce food safety laws. Here is a copy of the proposed order.

So what’s the real story?

Amos Miller was running a family business like many of the Amish people do to survive, selling his Organic grass-fed meats, poultry, dairy products, and eggs to his 4,000 private food club members when the feds moved in and arrested him.

Lancaster County farmer fined $250,000 for repeated food safety violations

The food police used the false narrative of an isolated listeria incident that occurred in 2014, where two people died in the state of Florida and California. They tried seven years later to link the possibility and probability of the outbreak to the Amish Amos Miller Farm.

The thousands of people dependent on the Amish farmer’s foods know what the federal government is doing to poison our food and water supply and have figured out the healthiest way to eat is to buy from the Amish.

Customers belonging to the private member’s food buying club all signed contracts that stated they understood the Amish process of the meat not being processed by USDA plant inspections or chemically treated with preservatives by the USDA; because this was the main reason why they purchased the products from the Amish farmer.

It’s a fact that the USDA-licensed processing plants are required by law to treat ALL meat, even the local, grass-fed, organic variety, with synthetic preservatives and chemical cocktails of citric acid, peracetic, and lactic acid.

These lab-created synthetic sterilizers cause many different health issues in humans. Citric and lactic acids are GMO, and peracetic acid is toxic.

We wonder no longer why mainstream America faces so many health crises because our food is being tainted by the very people who are supposed to protect us.

Amos Miller knows what the food bandits do to our food; he claims, “Often they use citric acid, which you’d think comes from oranges or lemons, but it’s a modified substance made from corn, and they don’t even have to label it on the meat.”

The Amish have people all around the country interested in purchasing their clean meat because they know the meat is coming from healthy animals; the Amish don’t use fertilizers and chemicals to grow food; they use manure from these healthy animals and say it is the best fertilizer.

Major names in the chicken industry also carry a built-in obesity gene due to the hormones, whereby Amish farmers don’t use these practices with their animals, and milk from cows milk loses its nutrient value when pasteurized; in the common world, milk is genetically manipulated to produce up to six gallons of milk per day instead of two.

Scientific facts prove that raw milk is associated with the bioactive factors of grass-fed cows and is rich in enzymes, nutrients, and antimicrobials. The human gut is healed by these rich nutrients and fatty acids known as CLA, good bacteria. The Amish people are rarely sick and never pasteurize their milk; they never chemically treat their plants or animals with chemicals and live naturally and holistically.

Miller’s Amish small farm is generationally owned and operated by a Godly and holistic moral code. This century-old farm where he resides in Pennsylvania has been his heritage from raising cows on organic pastures as well as whey-fed pigs and healthy chickens.

Miller’s Organic Farm

Obviously, buyers from his private food club paid extra money to have these fermented fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products shipped to them from around the country.

The obtuse federal narrative is to “enforce food safety laws” when in reality, it’s because these food products are clean, containing no harmful chemicals or contaminants. The truth is, the wiser people become with the sinister activities of these three-letter agencies working with big food corporations, the more the public wants to purchase from local farmers.

Let’s reflect upon the big issue, and it’s not food safety. It’s a liberty issue for “We the People,” it’s all about Americans being in charge of our own minds and bodies afforded to us per the laws of the United States Constitution. These are the true laws that govern us and allow us to live through our personal belief system as sovereign beings within all fifty states.

There are 31 states around the country where the Amish community resides, living off the land as they believe their religious rights afford them to grow and prepare food in tune with nature and not only as God intended; but it is the right of the Amish as sovereign American citizens to practice their First Amendment Religious right and freedom.

The facts are, that “REAL FOOD” is under attack in America; the U.S. Justice Department is making an example of an Amish man, Amos Miller, by issuing a Federal Lawsuit issued against Miller’s Organic Farm located near Lancaster, PA, for selling raw milk, and grass-fed beef.

The bottom line is big government wants to control the masses and the revenue of all food products. It’s by the design of a power-mongering socialist agenda going against our unalienable rights that big government condemns all that is pure and sacred.

Amos Miller contends that he hears of “small farmers going out of business every week, and the past two years have been worse.” and states, “If the government continues this harassment of small farmers, the only option is to go out of business, and that will create more food shortages more than ever. God has provided. God has given plenty of rain. God has provided plenty of grass. It’s just the government is getting in the way of farmers being farmers. They’re on the hot seat, not me. If they want to create a food shortage, we can’t blame God. China and Russia have it figured out. They have small farms all over. They have learned their lesson the hard way that that’s the way of sustainability. America has not figured that out yet, but they might just shortly.”

Miller contends he and his members want to take the USDA to court and turn the tables on them, he would like to see the powers that be take a sample of his meat to the lab and get a sample of the bacteria and compare it to the meat they sell at the grocery store, but states, they won’t do that.

For hundreds of years, the Godly Amish culture and farming lifestyle built around the Creator has not only sustained themselves from the adversities of poor health, but they educate their own children because they know the political dangers of big government and have separated themselves from society for that very reason.

It’s a very sad day in America to witness big government empowered as domestic terrorists against the Godly Amish culture living under their Constitutional rights and laws that are supposed to protect them.
