Biden says he’ll answer the court-packing question ‘when the election is over’, he says ‘You’ll know my position’ after the election.’ Is there any accountability? 50,000 voters received wrong ballots in Ohio | About 50,000 voters received an incorrect absentee ballot this week – accounting for almost 21% of the ballots in Franklin County, leaving many questioning the mail-in process. More than 8 million ballots already cast across the country by Friday, according to the U.S. Elections Project. Controlling the US Senate and US House | All eyes are on the down-ballot and the momentum in the last few weeks of the election. The Republicans have 23 seats to defend in the US Senate, whereas the Democrats are defending just 12. Republicans need to pick up 17 seats to win the House.
