Their narrative states it’s a progressive and transforming merger, involving the development, technology and innovation necessary to feed the world, a growing world who in two decades is likely to be home to 10 billion people.
Yet today as we connect the dots with the tapestry of globalism, we witness their egregious politics relating to eugenics, toxic food and vaccinations, diseases, multi-cultural immigration and other government controlled fixations involving a new world order by the power mongers of the United Nations and their partners in crime.
Interestingly enough, this merger has an obtuse agenda, with the spotlight on a suspicious U.S. Justice Department adjoined with the tentacles of the globalist European union in approving the merger of these two massive corporations costing $66 billion, who in the justice department and European union approved this suicidal marriage of business entities?
What’s wrong with this picture, don’t you see what’s been transpiring under your own noses? It doesn’t pass the sniff test!
This global takeover insured the worlds biggest agriculture conglomerate of the American St. Louis based seed giant Monsanto, who’s 117 year history, merged with the 150 year old German pharmaceutical and life sciences company adding up to a combined history of 265 plus years of business operations between them now as the worlds largest pesticides and seeds monopoly.
Many critics, farmers and environmentalists feared it’s monopoly for many reasons as it would dominate the agriculture business and fear small farmers would disappear over a short period of time while we say goodbye to real food and the biodiversity from our farms, giving giant companies unprecedented access to farmer data, and squeezing out small farmers while raising food prices for consumers.
Monsanto already earned a bad rap for it’s Frankenstein genetically modified seeds which many say promote monocultures,.
As well, there are the controversial ramifications of the chemicals such as Agent Orange and the weed killer glyphosate a dangerous combination when you think about how it affects the health and wellness of humans after it comes into physical contact, not even an Alka-Seltzer or Aspirin from BAYER’S medicine cabinet can cure the ills of the evil Monsanto seed sprayed with Round Up, the deadly mist that’s sprayed on crops and processed for human consumption.
Boogymen, George Soros and Bill Gates are laughing all the way to the bank with this merger, that ‘s for sure, completing another piece of their nefarious plots against humanity and the life forces contained within, riding just above the law.
Contrary to the violations of a Bayer-Monsanto merger violating anti-trust laws to create the largest agro-industrial company in the world, now emerges the “Konkurrenz Group, a leading law firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions, raise significant concerns regarding the legality of a Bayer-Monsanto merger.
The proposed merger would violate anti-trust regulation in the U.S. and the EU as well as severely restricting choice and options for both farmers and consumers in a market already dominated by a few large players.
“The proposed merger would violate a court order that was part of a U.S. Department of Justice consent decree and the primary U.S. anti-trust merger statue, the Clayton Act”, which is an Antitrust Act amendment passed by U.S. Congress in 1914 that provides further clarification and substance to the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890. The Act focuses on topics such as price discrimination, price fixing, and unfair business practices. Enforcement of the Acts is by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Now the multinational Bayer AG will sell a number of it’s subsidiaries and firing 12,000 employees to fight 10,000 law suites related to their Round Up weed killer which allegedly causes cancer.”
Bayer to cut 12,000 jobs worldwide as company faces 10,000 lawsuits over Monsanto’s Roundup (glyphosate) herbicide causing cancer as this recent acquisition has come with a series of pending lawsuits so costly that BAYER is having to relieve some 12,000 of it’s employees worldwide, contrary to the pledge not to have lay offs until 2025, Bayer pharma workers protest that 12,000 worldwide jobs will be lost between now and 2021 among it’s 79 countries.
It’s tragic that it comes at the costs of human life, only now maybe there will be some sort of karmic retribution, as many of these people are dying of some form of cancer.
A San Francisco Superior Court Judge Suzanna Bolanos reportedly sided with jurors in a case involving a man who developed non Hodgkins lymphoma from being exposed to glyphosate, the primary active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide.
Bayer is acquiring a long list of pending litigation against Monsanto in the names of those seeking justice against this Frankenstein product.

“The Bayer Group is managed as a life science company with three divisions – Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Crop Science – and the Animal Health business unit, which are also our reporting segments.
The corporate functions, Business Services and the service company Currenta support the operational business. In 2017, the Bayer Group comprised 237 consolidated companies in 79 countries throughout the world.
As described in further detail below, Bayer’s interest in Covestro AG stood at 24.6% as at the end of the reporting period. Covestro is no longer a reportable segment and has been accounted for using the equity method as of the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2017.”
According to the Bayer website: “On December 31, 2017, Bayer employed 99,820 (2016: 99,592) people worldwide.” Of those 31,620 (2016: 30,603) were in Germany “which was 31.7 percent of the total workforce (2016: 30.7 percent).”
Their proposed reorganization includes a plan to exit the market for animal health products and the company’s Coppertone sun care and Dr. Scholl’s foot care products, Bayer also plans to sell the groups 60% stake in service provider Currenta.
“Including the synergies expected from the acquisition of Monsanto, Bayer anticipates annual contributions of €2.6bn from 2022 on as a result of its planned efficiency and structural measures,” the group said in a statement.
“Even at low doses of exposure, glyphosate kills placental, embryonic, and umbilical cells,” warns Mike Adams, the Health Ranger. “Glyphosate is associated with genetic damage (mutations), including chromosomal aberrations, even at the doses below those recognized as safe”. “Monsanto will be a toxic burden to Bayer. The public’s disdain of Monsanto will taint Bayer’s reputation and share prices will drop. I will dump my shares in Bayer if there is a merger, just as I have already done with Monsanto. No merger Please!” – Sharon L., Bayer Shareholder
