The COVID injection mandates have decimated our military readiness. Finally, Congress stood up and used the NDAA negotiations to supposedly end the COVID injection mandate for the military. But did it really end the mandates? Or was this more political theater, a smokescreen designed to get funding, and then new mandates suddenly become “necessary? What about the many perils for the troops that remain in effect? What are these perils, and what can be done to protect our troops from more harm?
Since 24 August 2021, Military service members have been mandated to receive the “FDA Approved” COVID-19 injections. But those “FDA-Approved” COVID-19 injections NEVER existed. Instead, service members were forced, coerced, threatened, and injured with an experimental emergency use authorized (EUA) injection. All religious accommodations were denied. Service members who brought up concerns of unlawfulness have been met with punitive, retaliatory actions and serious misconduct discharge characterizations. Many of those who got the COVID injections had no clue that these injections are experimental because of the massive deception perpetrated by DoD leadership.
FDA experts just reported a new study that shows Pfizer COVID injections are linked to blood clotting, which military medical professionals have warned about since these safety signals were apparent in February 2021. Military pilots, previously healthy, have been ripped from their cockpits due to blood clots. Thousands of service members have experienced skyrocketing complications. This is clearly a case where the “cure” is much worse than the disease.
Davis Younts, a Military JAG and Civilian attorney, is joined by an active-duty career service member who has first-hand experience with the military punishments for honoring his Oath of Office and carrying out the duties of his assigned job in the military. Together, they have a total 40 years of Military Service to our Nation. They discuss the language in the recent NDAA that included eliminating the COVID-19 injection mandate, how the problems and bleeding within the Military still exists, and the rot that has permeated Commanders through all Commands.
This NDAA COVID-19 “vaccine” mandate was a pollical smokescreen. Still, the fact remains that many of these Members of Congress were informed through Military Congressional Inquiries from Service Members direct that the DOD never possessed the FDA Approved injections for COVID-19. Instead, all that has been available are the EUA injections/products. They pointed out that all service members and civilians have the RIGHT to ACCEPT or REFUSE, according to federal status law (Title 10 USC Section 1107a and Title 21 Section 360bbb-3).
Yet, Congress wants to gloss over this critical argument of unlawfulness and failure to uphold one’s Oath to the Constitution. Many of the same politicians that voted against ending the mandates in the 2021 NDAA discussions are now “grandstanding” in the media about their role in removing this COVID shot mandate in the Military that should have never existed at all had they honored their Oath to the Constitution and addressed this issue from the beginning.
The irony is many in our Military are still being punished, and discharged for refusing to obey these statutorily and constitutionally unlawful orders. Still, Congress wants to continue playing politics with something that is principally WRONG in so many ways. Their actions raise the question of how many of these politicians are taking donations from Big Pharma and does this play a role in the political theater we are seeing now. Will this be simply a “bait and switch” of this COVID injection mandate for yet another mandate down the road?
At the core, the COVID shot was not medically necessary when COVID-19 is a flu-like illness with a 99.97%+ survival rate. Young, healthy service members are not at risk of dying of COVID illness, but the deaths and medical damage from COVID shots are rising alarmingly. We’ve known since the beginning the risks of taking an injection outweighed the benefits, but now, the data in the military database shows these injections are dangerous and deadly.
Continuing this COVID injection across the military is a grave threat to our National Security. This is clearly a case where the “cure” is much worse than the disease, and is destroying our military and our Nation. Wake up, America! Get loud, get involved, and let your elected representatives know that you support stopping the Covid shots altogether and re-instating wrongfully discharged service members.
