Mortgage companies will be forced to begin charging new loan fees for those with good credit to subsidize affordable housing and high-risk borrowers. The change goes into effect on May 1st, which will cause a $400k loan to pay an estimated $40 more per month over the life of the mortgage. The Biden administration is playing Robin Hood, except they are not stealing from the rich; they are stealing from the responsible to pay for those that have been irresponsible with their credit.

Inflation is hitting the food sector more each week, and many with families are noticing the cost to eat out at restaurants is becoming cost prohibitive. Salaries are not keeping pace with inflation, and the federal reserves’ efforts to control the market have failed to protect consumers. We are now entering a period of economic famine. BRICS is working to devalue and decentralize the dollar while we Americans are unable to afford borrowing fees. Our security is at stake.

The warning signs for a new Great Depression are starting to rise. Almost 100 years after the collapse, America is poised to fall. Bank failures, rising rates, inflation, more supply with less demand, and scarcity is fueling the speculation. This should be a talking point on the news. Media is busy distracting everyone with stories about Elon Musk and Bud Light. They are not our problems; these are the efforts of a magician to move your eyes and focus before revealing the magic.

    Greg Boulden is an objective critical thinker, licensed school teacher, and recipient of multiple awards in both industry and his personal life. Greg is the host and managing editor of the podcast, “America Emboldened with Greg Boulden,” which is a part of the America Out Loud network. His podcast focuses on understanding individual sovereignty and critically thinking in an immersive news cycle full of slant and distraction. For almost 25 years, Boulden has worked extensively in the industries of TV/Film, Music, Photography, Pastoral Care and Counseling, and Youth Ministry. He currently works at Thomas McKean High School in Wilmington, DE, where he runs a career technology education pathway to help teens build skills and find jobs in Audio, Radio, and Video Broadcasting. He was a sound designer for Dorian Gray the Musical, which was awarded Best New Show at the New York Music Festival.
 Boulden is a graduate of DeSales University. He is annually recognized as a highly effective teacher, and students seem to think he’s a good dude. And don’t get him started on his affinity for Mrs. Robino’s Restaurant.

Best New Show Award at the New York Music Festival for Sound Design And many awards and acknowledgments for his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity, working in community outreach efforts, and offering his time to build a better future for our youth.
