Some scientists are calling it déjà-vu. About this time last year, the Delta variant of COVID-19 was becoming old news. Then the Omicron variant appeared with the news that it was easily spread and could bypass vaccines. Now, two subvariants of Omicron, known as BQ.1 and BQ.1.1, are showing the same similarities.

For the first time, BQ.1 and BQ.1.1 now make up the largest share of new COVID-19 infections, according to end-of-week data from the CDC. The pair now account for 44% of new infections, up from 33% the week prior. And as reported by WebMD, Early laboratory tests show that the new subvariants are better at escaping vaccines and booster shots than previous variants.

Here are examples of the kind of questions that we will address on the program today ⏤

Ann – I am desperately trying to find the actual studies that show that the more covid jabs you get, the more likely to get infected b/c my only two grandchildren are very young, and the parents are medical and totally believe in “vaccines” – but they might be open to reading a study.

Rosalyn – My husband will be having hip surgery, most likely with the VA. He had two Moderna Covid vaccines in February and March of 2021. We have heard of a type of blood clot in people who had the vaccine sometimes in every organ. We are concerned that this could affect the surgery. We have not heard doctors mentioning that this is affecting surgeries but have heard funeral directors saying that they are noticing this in dead bodies. Have you heard of this being a concern?

Sheila – I am wondering…are you seeing people die from the virus who haven’t had shots…not the virus while they are sick but a year later after JUST having the virus ..no shots? Or any long-standing ailments just from virus?

Vicky – I was wondering if Chelation Therapy is being considered or studied as a possibility for those people who have taken the shots? I have personally had chelation therapy for mercury issues and sure helped me. I understand chelation removes toxic metals such as lead or mercury, so how might that work for aluminum or graphene removal?

Steven – How do you reverse the vaccine? Our friend has a son with joint custody with the father and he took her to court to have the son vaccinated and won and immediately took him to get the vaccine. What can she do about it now? She is very concerned about the next shot too! Please help!

Janice – I have friends who chose to get the newest vaccine, the one tested on eight mice. What are your views on vaccine shedding and practically, for me, what would be the time period if any, before I can safely see these friends?

Diane – Do you think we will have a Nuremberg 2.0 anytime in the near future? I am reading a novel written by Christopher Dodd the son of one of the main prosecutors of the trial. A lot of the novel is based on the 300 letters he sends home to his wife during the 18 months he spent in Nuremberg during the trial.

  • Dr. Peter McCullough

Dr. McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist managing the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine in Dallas, TX, USA. Since the outset of the pandemic, Dr. McCullough has been a leader in the medical response to the COVID-19 disaster and has published “Pathophysiological Basis and Rationale for Early Outpatient Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Infection,” the first synthesis of sequenced multidrug treatment of ambulatory patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the American Journal of Medicine and subsequently updated in Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine. He has dozens of peer-reviewed publications on the infection and has extensively commented on the medical response to the COVID-19 crisis in TheHill, America Out Loud, NewsMax, One America News, Victory Channel, NTD, and FOX NEWS Channel. Dr. McCullough has testified on pandemic response multiple times in the US Senate, Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, Arizona Senate, Colorado General Assembly, New Hampshire Senate, Pennsylvania Senate, and South Carolina Senate. On December 7, 2022, Dr. McCullough co-moderated a Senate Panel and concluded that all COVID-19 vaccines should be removed from the market for excess mortality. Dr. McCullough has reviewed thousands of reports, participated in scientific congresses, group discussions, and press releases, and has been considered among the world's top experts on COVID-19.

BQ.1 is supposed to be less transmissible than Delta and BA.5, according to the preprint ‘Genetic and structural data on the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BQ.1 variant reveal its low potential for epidemiological 3 expansion’, by Fabio Scarpa,  Daria Sanna, and others.

“The N-terminal domains (NTD) of the two Spikes (BA.5 and BQ.1)  are identical while the Receptor Binding Domains differ for the three BQ.1 mutations R346T, K444T and N460K. N460K has been reported also in BA.2.75. Homology modelling of the BQ.1 Spike indicates that the R346T mutation occurs in a loop exposed to the solvent while K444T is inside the Receptor Binding Motif near the interface to ACE2 (Fig. 5). N460K occurs also in an exposed loop not directly involved in the interaction with ACE2 (Fig. 5)….The value of the RBD net charge in BQ.1 is comparable to that the Delta variant and would suggest a diminution rather than an increase of virus transmissibility compared to the parental Omicron BA.5 variant.”

Less transmissible than Delta and BA.5. And antibody evasiveness of BQ.1 is still being determined.

“it is also due to the observation that the BQ1 R346T mutation may affect a T cell recognized-immunogenic peptide that is largely preserved in all previous  variants . However, it is unknown whether or the extent to which arginine substitution by  threonine may affect peptide immunogenicity.”

And because BQ.1 and its sublineages are in a monophyletic clade,  with ‘an evolutionary blind background with no further epidemiologically relevant descendant’, with mutations noticeably different from most other variants, is someone introducing these new variants to test vaccine and antibody escape capabilities?

“Phylodynamic reconstruction performed on a dataset comprising 1575 genomes, indicates that among the included variants (BQ.1, BA.1, BA.2, BA.3, BA.4, BA.5 and their descendant sublineages) BA.1 and BQ.1 are the only ones to show a monophyletic condition.  In the Maximum Clade Credibility tree the common ancestor to all genomes of BQ.1 is temporally placed 127 days before October 10, 2022 (which is the most recent collection  date), i.e. June 5, 2022. This dating predates of about one month the first detected genome of BQ.1 (for which a complete sampling date is available), which was isolated in Nigeria  (Abuja) on July 4 and initially labeled as BA.5-like (and then relabeled as BQ.1).”

Omicron from South Africa, BQ.1 from Nigeria.
