What does Christopher Columbus, the explorer, have in common with Dave Chappelle, the comedian? The woke left wants to cancel them. Columbus has been in the left’s line of fire for decades. They resent the fact he is recognized as having discovered America, for they view him as being an interloper who killed Indians and brought diseases to the new world. Only recently have they made progress exacting retribution by renaming the eponymous day in October to Indigenous People’s Day. Now they are hoping to do the same with Dave Chapelle; however, there isn’t a day named after him. With Chappelle, they are hoping to get the streaming giant, Netflix, to cancel his comedy show. Why? Well, he spoke truth to power in saying gender is a fact. This angered the left, as they felt he was attacking the transgender community.
The host of “After Dark” discusses the lefts’ infatuation of canceling these two men and peddling untruths about gender. The host also calls out conservatives who aren’t vocal when it comes to denouncing this radical cancellation agenda—noting that facts are stubborn truths the left refuses to accept when they can’t use it to their benefit.
