China, by its continued prevarications denies other responsible governments from knowing if warnings of a second wave of infections, severe enough to prompt the re-imposition of quarantine procedures, are justified. China claims it has no second wave and all of its new coronavirus cases are imported. The data says otherwise.
Years ago, when I was still working for a DOD Investigative agency, an interesting article appear that revealed how information can be obtained with a little imagination. A DC reporter was trying to find out the number of active duty soldiers posted in the DC area for some article.
The reporter got no help from any DOD source because that information presumably, may have been classified. So, on a quirk hunch, the reporter directed the question to the Soviet Embassy who quickly answered with an exact number. Their answer is not important here but how the Soviets arrived at their precise figure. Well, they knew how much peanut butter was ordered through DOD supply channels on a weekly basis, did the math and extrapolated the answer accurately almost down to the last man. That’s not a new technique but that became the story!
Today, a private source using the same technique, has revealed another probable Chinese lie, the number of their citizens dead or dying by mishandling and hiding the truth of the Lab Virus mishap in Wuhan.
The Chinese government contends the official count is 3,277 fatalities from 81,171 infections as of March. However, the Epoch Times noted the troubling disappearance of some 21 million cell phone accounts in China over the past three months, an unprecedented decline hinting at more fatalities than Beijing was prepared to admit. We know the Chinese fudge on telling the truth but, like counting peanut butter distribution to arrive at a head count by counting dropped Chinese cell phone usage borders on brilliant.
This paragraph shows how the product of an astute intelligence analyst becomes important to strategic planners:
China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced on March 19 the number of phone users in each province in February. Compared with the previous announcement, which was released on Dec. 18, 2019, for November 2019 data, both cellphone and landline users dropped dramatically. In the same period the year before, the number of users increased. The number of cellphone users decreased from 1.600957 billion to 1.579927 billion, a drop of 21.03 million. The number of landline users decreased from 190.83 million to 189.99 million, a drop of 840,000. According to China’s National Bureau of Statistics, the country’s population at the end of 2019 was 4.67 million larger than in 2018, reaching 1.40005 billion.”

An analyst, comparing the official figures with what is known will invariably arrive at the truth. China is lying about containing their Coronavirus. It’s still out there and its long term effect is still to be determined.

The Chinese themselves are now very alarmed at the conflicting information issuing from official PRC sources. Where does the buck stop for pointing the finger in their society? How about with Politburo dictator Xi Jinping?
A copy of a now letter in circulation and revealed by the Asia Times notes Xi’s failure to contain the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak adds renewed urgency to a discussion on his exacerbating tensions with the United States, failing to run basic government operations like functional schools and hospitals, and pouring money into “backward nations” in Africa.”
That’s explosive information! A potential coup in the Chinese Politburo! How about that?
Perhaps President Trump should send his buddy Xi, a “get well” card.
His days may be numbered!
Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em!
