Is anyone happy? The leftists should be, but they are never happy. It is not in their nature. For the past two years, they have had their own tyrannical group in charge of a demented puppet President. What’s not to be happy?
It is rare for most people not to be happy when the economy is good. Broad-spread unhappiness was the main reason Trump was elected four years ago. “America was unhappy,” and America has gotten even less happy by the day in the past two years.
Why are Americans unhappy? It should be obvious. We need only two issues. The economy is in a downward spiral, and crime is skyrocketing. Our lives are endangered by policies passed one after another by those who care not a wit for the public, but only their power over the public. A million illegal aliens crossing the border unimpeded is not making too many of us very happy, either.
But there is now a bright light at the end of this tunnel in which we have been placed. No matter what naysayers might say, it’s our view that a “Red Wave” is coming our way, and it’s even more significant than most thought it would be. Most thought the Senate would go to the Republicans by no more than a two-seat majority. We’re now convinced they have a chance at as much as a six-seat majority. The happiness equation is the blind spot of politics because, currently, there’s no accounting for it in polls. That’s going to change come November 8th.
One of our friends sent us an article from the Wall Street Journal, which had this observation:
Brace yourself for a Republican Wave; as voters shift their attention to the economy and crime, polls begin to hint at a major GOP advantage.
It was the author’s view that the Republican Party is on the verge of a significant political upheaval, noting that currently, the “GOP has a five-point lead among likely voters, but a 21-point margin in competitive congressional districts.” Here’s how they outline what’s happening.
Right now, Democrats control the House 220-212, with three vacant seats, and 218 needed for a majority. At this point, polls indicate strongly that Republicans will take 221 seats and Democrats 176. There are 38 seats seen as toss-ups.
That alone gives Republicans the needed House majority if most polls are close to correct. If the toss-up seats split down the middle, the Republicans will have a 45-seat majority of 240 to 195. If the toss-up seats all go, Republican, devoutly to be wished, they would have an 83-vote majority of 259-176. Okay, we can dream, can’t we? But at this point, the toss-up seats don’t even matter, as we would win the House without any of them. The House will go, Republican, of that there is no doubt.
The House has always been more prone to shifts than the Senate. While we usually don’t believe in polls, even when they agree with us, we do believe in the happiness equation, and Americans are unhappy, very unhappy. And for a lot more reasons than just economics and crime, so we’re expecting a massive turnover in the House, and a higher turnover than just two seats in the Senate. Possibly as many as six, but we are confident it will be more than two.
It’s also our view if the Senate goes Republican, we could get rid of Mitch McConnell, the two-faced head of the Senate Republicans. McConnell will be challenged by the young enthusiastic patriots coming in. Most of whom will not be intimidated or coerced by him or the GOPs old hacks, because conservative Republicans are now the dominant party base. They’re not happy with Congressional Republicans and will be sending a much more conservative class to the Congress in both the House and Senate, and will be demanding change. We think we’ll see a Republican civil war similar to the war between the AOC mob and Nancy Pelosi.
We have two weeks to go before the mid-term national happiness poll. Why not cash in on these inevitable facts and keep a big smile on your face in the intervening days? We will take back our nation with the help of the people who dug in to help the folks in Florida devastated by Hurricane Ian.
When everything went to hell in Florida after Hurricane Ian, a former Marine was quoted as saying, “I didn’t see a lot of Prius, Teslas, windmills, Greenies, or social justice warriors coming to save the day. I saw diesel trucks, combustion generators, heavy tractors, fuel tankers, boats, “The Cajun Navy,” and a whole lot of bearded good ‘ole boys putting some of that “toxic masculinity” to work saving lives and rebuilding society.
