If no one is above the law, then no one should be beneath it, either.
America has prided itself on its legal premises. However, today, some individuals are finding themselves beneath the law and being persecuted and prosecuted by the law because they are on the wrong side of the political spectrum. This is the conundrum for former President Donald Trump.
Our legal system, which is the greatest — bar none, has been turned upside down on its head. The former president is finding himself at the bottom end of the law, being unfairly prosecuted. The reasoning for this, his political opponents want to stop him from running for the presidency, again.
The Democrat Party and liberal media, opponents of Trump, have finally managed to deliver on one of their diabolical plots to take him down by using the New York legal system and Alvin Bragg. Their plot has been in the works for the better part of six years. They have wanted to stop Trump by any means necessary, even if it meant manipulating and assaulting our revered legal system.
Who is Alvin Bragg?
He is an elected paid-for public servant with allegiance to billionaire Democrat George Soros. The billionaire is responsible for using his money to elect more than a dozen corrupt district attorneys throughout the country. All of the attorneys are weak on crime but strong on going after political opponents of the Democrats.
As Bragg prosecutes Trump on made-up charges, the crime rate in New York City has exploded exponentially. Career criminals, who seemingly have free reign to brazenly attack law-abiding citizens, are wreaking havoc on the City.
Bragg’s way of handling the crime spree is to reduce the level of offense from a felony to a misdemeanor.
Yet, in Trump’s case, Bragg has done the opposite by turning a misdemeanor bookkeeping error into a felony. This takes more than just talent. It takes a criminal mindset – which Alvin Bragg has!
If political parties are successful in going after their adversaries using the legal system, our rule of law falls apart. It makes us no better than countries like Russia and China, who go after their political opponents, thus putting them beneath the law.
