Merriam-Webster defines a mandate as “an authoritative command especially: a formal order from a superior court or official to an inferior one.” Are you inferior to the federal government? Are your state officials inferior to federal ones? Not according to the Constitution. We the People ordained and established the Constitution that created the federal government. Only our states were allowed to ratify, or are allowed to amend, that Constitution. Legally, we and the states are not inferior to federal government officials; they are inferior to us. Yet day after day, federal bureaucrats and elected officials are issuing mandates ordering us around like we are their slaves. For decades, our states have acted like vassals of the government in Washington, D.C. This myth, this lie, is at the heart of the corruption and criminal activity coming out of the government of the United States. Today, we’ll look at some of the more recent illegal mandates coming out of that wretched hive of scum and villainy.

What are the American people to do? Once we learn that those in Washington, D.C., and our state houses are our employees rather than our masters, we will have the foundation to fight for our rights. When we develop the intestinal fortitude to stand against their criminal behavior, then we will be able to stop the advance of their tyranny. But unless we screw our courage to the sticking place and stand together against the criminal onslaught against the rule of law, then one by one, we will watch our rights disappear along with our patriots.
Thank you, Paul! John Wesley spoke of the church as “the priesthood of all believers”. Accordingly, I agree anyone can be a Constitutional Scholar! School Boards — history shows the purpose behind the original public schools were the “Old Deluder Satan Laws” — children were educated so they could read the Bible and the Constitution and keep the government and public officials in check. I pray Governors DeSantis, Abbott, and other conservatives will take heed of your message here today.
