Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar introduced a bill last July called the ‘Health Misinformation Act.’ It doesn’t prohibit governments’ misinformation on health issues, just Conservative views. Apparently, afraid their Big Tech social media censors could face strict Republican controls after 2022, this act is the epitome of an intent to instill a censorship program prohibiting truths being told about government public health issues, views not approved by the NIH, i.e., censoring the truth to protect the guilty.

Klobuchar’s bill would give Big Tech social media companies the green light to censor any health disinformation the Left deems contrary to their narrative and make Big Tech companies liable for any health disinformation that should get posted on their platforms, rather like using a hammer to crack a peanut. Behind all of this nonsense stands Dr. Anthony (Mengele) Fauci, whose authoritarian word the Left considers Gospel. Published comments or criticisms not-approved by him could see violators sued in court. It would be the Department of Health and Human Services (Fauci again) that would decide exactly what defines misinformation; real science be damned. Notice, too, the clever transmutation of words: Misinformation suggests a simple correctable error, a means culpa will do, but disinformation implies purpose, an intent to deceive requiring police action to adjust. 

The Left’s national health Nazis should be busy in their work as the levels of censorship, enforced by Gestapo-like tactics against anyone who deviates from Fauci’s approved narrative, could easily rise beyond anything we’ve ever seen since Hitlers Brown Shirt. Street thugs once dispensed National Socialist justice on German streets. Some Leftist media pundits are actually calling for forcibly removing Americans who refuse to be jabbed and quarantining them in special camps, just like the Chinese are doing in Shanghai right now.

Klobuchar’s bill also demands that companies be required to eliminate all site content that’s even slightly contrary to Fauci’s pronouncements or face legal actions, including arrests, incarcerations, trials, and fines, yes, just like in Shanghai. Not unexpectedly, Sen. Klobuchar’s new bill specifically targets conservatives. Any authority for this is not found in the Constitution.

Klobuchar tipped her hand. In an appearance at a symposium on “Disinformation and Erosion of Democracy” (Censorship), Klobuchar was asked by a college student, “If I were to say that there are only two sexes, male and female, would that be considered misinformation that you think should be banned speech on social media platforms?” A great “gotcha” question. Avoiding answering hard questions as Leftists will do, the Senator said: “I’m not going to get into what misinformation is.” Why not? Because she can’t answer without being a lying hypocrite. That question to a member of a political party totally consumed by gender insanity reveals their hypocrisy.

Neither would Kenji Jackson Brown answer that question at her Senate confirmation hearing using the excuse she wasn’t a biologist. I’m not a biologist either, but I am a biologically male father, so I know If it has testicles and grows a beard, it’s a male. End of debate! Oh yes, I forgot they won’t debate, so I win.

The Democrats have ditched the Constitution unless it supports them and causes me to wonder who gives this authority to these government cretins to decide what is “health misinformation?” Who gave Big Tech the right to censor or ban conservatives who offer a different opinion, not just heresy but supported by scientifically proven medical facts that put a lie to the governments’ campaign of fear? Where are the damn Republicans on these issues? Happily, Klobuchar’s stupid, unAmerican, unconstitutional censorship bill hasn’t passed yet. I suspect it probably won’t, but that’s where the Marxist Democrats want to take us, by propaganda and censorship, into their latest version of National Socialism, and if AOC has her way, it could become the National Socialist American Workers Party that carries the day. 

The Democrat control of Congress lives on borrowed time just like Joe, but we can expect them to jam as much of their radical nonsense as they can down our throats before we show them the exit. They must be stopped. They can’t be allowed to steal it, but they’ll try.
