I’ve tried to be a proper popular show host for the last month. As someone who is generally positive and hopeful, the previous two years have been a challenge simply because I’m not seeing the type of things that can let me maintain my positivity. It has been affecting this show, so I’ve decided to roll with it.

Getting angry may not be the most effective way to build an audience, but it’s where we are today. I’m angry. I know others are angry as well because they’re starting to take actions that they never would have considered a year ago, let alone any time in the past. But we’ve been pushed around and backed into corners for too long. More Americans are starting to realize that we must fight for our God-given rights with any legal means possible.

In today’s episode of The J.D. Rucker Political Report on America Out Loud Talk Radio, I described this shift in the show’s tone. People who embrace freedom are either going to get angry today, or they’re going to wait to get angry when we’re all in breadlines waiting for our daily groceries given to us by a benevolent government. I chose to get angry today.

In the second segment, we actually got a little hopeful. U.S. Senate candidate Jackson Lahmeyer joined me to discuss how an America First agenda can drive him to uproot a RINO incumbent in Oklahoma.

The JD Rucker Political Report can be heard on weeknights at 7 pm ET Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on AppleAndroid, or Alexa. All episodes can be found on podcast networks worldwide the day after airing on talk radio.
