When we experience trauma, it can completely rewire our brains.
It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and isolated.
Healing is possible, but to reclaim our lives, it requires us to be compassionate with ourselves. We need to explore our feelings, identify patterns and triggers, and find methods that help us to work through our emotions.
By understanding the causes of our pain and taking the necessary steps to address them, we can start the journey of healing and begin to move forward in life with greater resilience and strength.
In this episode, I am joined by certified holistic health coach and registered yoga instructor Eleanor Urso to discuss the topic of trauma and how we can begin to heal from it.
If her last name sounds familiar, it’s because Eleanor is the daughter of an amazing friend and a courageous warrior in this fight, the co-founder of American Frontline Doctors and Global Covid Summit, and also a personal hero of mine, Dr. Richard Urso.
As you listen to our in-depth conversation, you will find that she is brilliant in her own right and well-versed in the world of holistic health and healing.
Nurses Out Loud can be heard on weekdays at 10 am ET. Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on Apple, Android, or Alexa. All episodes can be found on podcast networks worldwide the day after airing on talk radio.
