Having the last name Biden, no doubt, has its privileges. This is especially true when your artwork has the potential of selling more than a Picasso. Then too, they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And that couldn’t be any truer when you happen to be Hunter Biden. Hunter, the younger son of Joe Biden, and newly minted artist, recently made news when it was learned that his paintings would be on display and sold at a gallery in New York City. The show, which is to take place later this year, will feature several abstract paintings by the novice artist.
Hunter, who is better known for his past addiction to drugs and wild lifestyle, has the hosts of “After Dark With And Andrew” doing a double-take. Somehow, with the media’s help, he has managed to reinvent himself as a writer and an artist whose work could sell for millions. Criminal defense attorney Eric Matheny joins “After Dark” to discuss the Biden name and Hunter’s new role as an artist. Matheny also provides legal insight on former President Trump’s pending class-action lawsuit against Big Tech, and other hot topics of the day.
Eric Matheny is a Miami-Dade County criminal defense attorney and a social media commentator. He is co-host of the “Bob & Eric Save America” show. The show can be heard and seen on iTunes and Facebook.
