According to Noah Webster’s dictionary, civil liberty is the ability to live your life without restraint except as necessary for the safety and interest of society. We’ve been talking a lot about what the federal government has done to infringe on our liberty with mandates. Isn’t it time we look at how the states are responding to them? Yes, some states and even cities have gone much further in infringing the rights of their citizens, while others have claimed they are opposed to those infringements. Today, I want to look at what some government entities are doing and ask a fundamental question. Are they fulfilling their purpose of protecting our rights or not? I will also show you how some who claim to be protecting your rights are not doing as good a job as you may think.
