One question I’m frequently asked is where someone can find a good attorney to help them with a case. Sometimes it’s an injury they wish to get redress for; other times, it’s help to overturn a bad law or judicial opinion. Since I am not an attorney, there isn’t much I can do, so I point people to public service law firms that may be able to help.
One group that has recently come to my attention is the Silent Majority Foundation. So I interviewed their Director/General Counsel, Pete Serrano, to learn more about the foundation and the work that they are doing. We also discussed a couple of their cases that you might be interested in.
