Jack Dorsey lied. On more than one occasion, Dorsey, who at the time was the CEO of Twitter, sat before Congress and lied. He told them his social media platform did not censor or shadow-banned conservatives. We now know this not to be true. With the release of the Twitter files by Elon Musk, the new owner of the popular platform, not only did Twitter censor and shadow-banned conservatives but actively went after any conservative whose ideology content wasn’t to the liking of a few Twitter overlords. Why Dorsey denied the nefarious actions of Twitter then and even now is any ones guess.
The hosts of After Dark believe Dorsey, and other social media heads, think they are smarter than everyone else and can get away with their actions. For the most part, they were getting away with the lies until Musk came in. Albeit he has a tough road ahead of him, he seems to be willing to expose it all.
On the flip side, the media outlets and Democrats are doing all they can to stop his efforts. The Joe Biden Administration is even considering investigating Musk and his purchase of Twitter. This is all an attempt to suppress free speech and keep the American people in the dark on how Big Tech companies, along with government agencies, colluded to stop then President Trump and possibly candidate Donald Trump out of the White House.
