We are living at the end of an era. It is true that history is transparent; fluid, while we are living it, even for the most prescient people, and that it is difficult to understand the implications of our era looking to the future. It is more difficult to pinpoint...
Jerry Nadler’s Warped View of 1st Amendment Rights in Kenosha
Jerry Nadler, (D-NY), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is one of those wicked little toads from whose skin oozes the poisonous destruction of other people’s characters through lies, innuendos, and pure falsehoods. Nadler, a low-brow, semi-gifted polemicist, is firmly entrenched in the Progressives (i.e., Democrats) scheme to destroy America. There is no truth that can’t be bent, no falsehood that can’t be propagandized into truth, and no victim that can’t be destroyed by the will of the Progressive State.
As we have learned from such Leftist luminaries as Saul Alinksy and the duo team of Cloward-Piven in their radical anti-Americanism, one tenant of their destructive philosophy is to destroy American citizens’ faith in the institutions of government closest to our daily lives, the police, and the judiciary. The FBI has already entered the ‘not to be trusted’ zone.
Defunding the police schemes and charging police officers with crimes for doing their jobs is underway, as we speak. The judiciary, with judges often under threats of violence, and as often by the actions of Progressive judges, and Soros DA’s who fail to take action against the Antifa’s and BLM criminals, stroke that fear and disgust people feel for the failures of real justice. The fear of the judiciary started to show the fatigue of continued radical assaults until Kenosha!
But, back to the slimy toad, Jerry Nadler. For Jerry, the total and complete exoneration of young Kyle Rittenhouse of crimes he deems intolerable was a “heartbreaking miscarriage of Justice!” Why? Because it was against the Left and Kyle Rittenhouse won. Jerry wrote: “Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble, while people engage in First Amendment-protected protests.” 1st Amendment-protected protests usually don’t apply to arson, mayhem, assaults, robberies, or killings on city streets.
Nadler is calling for the Department of Justice to review the case.
This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by DOJ. Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protest.
Those Antifa and Burn, Loot and Murder felons (BLM), even if arrested were, thanks to Democrats like Kamala Harris posting bail, almost immediately back out on the streets, continuing their depredations. That’s Jerry’s and Kamala’s definition of a protected peaceful protest. It does not apply to parents at school boards demanding their children not be brainwashed in Marxism, CRT, or suffer sexual assaults by perverts wearing dresses. Oh no, that’s their idea of protected speech too.
Jerry’s idea of how justice should be meted out must meet with his ideals of fairness and equity, and that excludes white people. Sorry Jerry, but this time the three attacking ‘white’ hoodlums were recipients of “finis terminus aequitas” or frontier justice brought on by their own hand, not a mob.
Nadler, almost as awful a human being as Adam Schiff, is drenched in lies, falsehoods, and innuendos designed to destroy America from within and advance Progressivism at the price of judicial fairness. If convicted, Kyle Rittenhouse’s fate, after all, would only be noted as collateral damage in their march to turning America into a Communist nation.
Indeed, the Kenosha Jury’s verdict firmly confirmed in Jerry’s twisted little brain the notion that ‘white privilege’ is alive and well in Kenosha and must be stamped out. How can that be accomplished? Well, sic the DoJ on the Kenosha Courts prefer new charges to include some silly civil justice violation and change the verdict against young Kyle Rittenhouse if they can. They might charge him for taking a firearm across a state line, but he didn’t because it was already there. I thought the Sullivan Act pertained only to women taken across state lines for nefarious purposes anyway.
Nadler considered the Kenosha jury’s verdict as setting a dangerous precedent that should justify a DoJ review. He harps on about a firearm crossing a state line as intolerable but views the millions of diseased illegals crossing our US borders unmolested as good for America. The day must come for these Marxist blowhards to face justice. If they continue to screw with Americans, they might just arrive at their ultimate destination, finis terminus aequitas.
Remember, freedom is the goal; the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ’em!
