John Kerry’s Treasonous Act — Beyond Inappropriate

Kerry slammed for ‘shameful’ shadow diplomacy after admitting to meetings with Iran…it raises the question, Did Kerry commit treason?
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo blasted his predecessor John Kerry this past Friday for “actively undermining” the U.S. by holding meetings with Iranian officials — although he stopped short of endorsing President Trump’s view that the meetings were illegal.
Pompeo said; “You can’t find precedent for this in U.S. history, and Secretary Kerry ought not to engage in that kind of behavior…”  Further noting; “It’s inconsistent with what foreign policy of the United States is as directed by this President, and it is beyond inappropriate for him to be engaged.” Meaning directly with the radical Islamic government in Tehran, Iran.
Over recent months we have been following numerous reports of Kerry’s meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif which first emerged in May of this year, sparking significant criticism — including directly from President Trump. Initial first reported on Kerry’s talks, described them as both an “aggressive yet stealthy” effort to keep the U.S. government part of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, which Kerry helped negotiate for the Obama administration.
President Trump as we have seen subsequently pulled the U.S. from the deal and has begun reimposing sanctions on Iran last month in order to both leverage and punish Iran for its numerous violations and lying about its participation and implementation of the deal. In the next past of sanctions, the U.S. is expected to reimpose sanctions on the Islamic regime’s oil exports in November.
But it appears that comments Kerry has made while promoting his new memoir, “Every Day is Extra,” have sparked the ire of the and grave concern Trump administration over Kerry’s actions, behavior and attempts to manipulate U.S. foreign policy and national security.
In promoting his new book, the former secretary of state confirmed he met with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif a number of times in recent months to help the Iranians salvage the nuclear deal which again has been canceled by President Trump. Kerry further went as far as to advise, collude and strategize with the Iranian Islamic regime leadership on how to counter and circumvent U.S. national security policy in order to get around the Trump administration’s policies. This aspect is the most egregious and is essentially working with the ‘enemy’ against U.S. policy. In my book, that’s called TREASON!
Secretary Pompeo commented at a news conference: “What Secretary Kerry has done is unseemly and unprecedented…It’s inconsistent with what the foreign policy of the United States is, as directed by this president. It is beyond inappropriate.” … and that perhaps is an understatement.
President Trump in fact had harsher words in an angry tweet, saying:
“John Kerry had illegal meetings with the very hostile Iranian Regime, which can only serve to undercut our great work to the detriment of the American people. He told them to wait out the Trump Administration! Was he registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act? BAD!”
President Trump was right to call out Kerry for a possible violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a 1938 statue which requires a person acting as an agent of a foreign entity in a political or quasi-political capacity make regular public disclosures of this relationship, including activities and disbursements.
It should also be noted that this is not the first time Kerry met with a foreign entity and acted against the policies of his country. In 1970, as a naval reservist, he traveled to Paris and met with the North Vietnamese delegation in the middle of the U.S.’ war against North Vietnam. He later advocated for the North Vietnamese peace plan and urged then President Richard Nixon to accept it. The plan basically called for the U.S. to surrender and pay reparations to North Vietnam.
From a foreign policy stand point, it can be argued, based on the fact that with the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, then SecState Kerry was responsible for making the worst deal of the century for the U.S. In his desperate quest to reach an agreement at any cost for his and his boss Obama’s legacy, which he succeeded in imperiling the entire world. The deal released billions of dollars to the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism and actually enabled the goal of Iran’s fanatical mullahs: access to nuclear weapons, which would have happened in 2025, and in fact guaranteeing it, due to the 10-year sunset clause contained in the deal.
Further, the Iran deal that Kerry negotiated also put virtually all inspections and compliance into Iran’s very hands, in effect making it worth less than the paper it was written on. With the deal made and its pockets flush with cash, since then Iran embarked on a brutal and bloody journey through Iraq, Syria, and Yemen to complete its goal of establishing a Shiite crescent from the Islamic Republic to Lebanon. It has continued to stretch its tentacles into Africa and North and South America. In addition, we have seen extremely strict crackdowns imposed on Iran’s political opposition and population due to the economic unrest.
President Trump’s direct shift in course from that of appeasement by the Obama administration – from cancelling the agreement to the imposition of severe economic sanctions on the Iranian regime – is the one and only effective policy at this point to stop the terrorist, expansionist project of the regime.
Certainly, Kerry’s actions – which amount to aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States – should be met with the full force of the law, based on the following. Private citizen John Kerry crossed a serious red line. Americans should and need to seriously recognize that he would put nuclear weapons in the hands of Iranian mullahs — the ones who routinely lead and encourage chants of “Death to America.” Further, also be reminded, Iran’s theocratic regime is the world’s number one, read “No. 1 supporter of terrorism.” The regime is not our friend.
Kerry’s intentions, behavior and despicable actions goes far beyond the rights of former secretaries of state to “have conversations” with foreign leaders, as Kerry innocently claims. In fact, was willfully and knowingly undercutting a legally enacted policy of the U.S. Again, and let me repeat it, Mr. Kerry was aiding and abiding Iran – that is an egregious crime and must be dealt with immediately!
As we noted above, Kerry absurdly suggested President Trump be sued for future imaginary deaths from an unreal adversary, global warming. Fair enough. Then why can’t we take legal action against Kerry. After all, he put millions of American lives at risk of a terrorist nuclear strike.
Mr. Kerry must be charged with a crime under the Logan and the FARA Acts. Let’s not pretend that what he did was right, or moral, or legal. It wasn’t. Indeed, as we’ve said before, his actions verge on treason, given that he’s aiding a sworn enemy of the U.S. Remember it was Kerry’s own State Department that labeled Iran the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism…and therefore, we should not hesitate to label Kerry’s collusion with Iran both immoral and dangerous.  I call it treason!

Take a Look at the Positive Side of Anarchy

Take a Look at the Positive Side of Anarchy

The only way to achieve liberty and peace is to restore law and order. And the only way to restore law and order is to literally crush the forces of evil. When that begins to happen, we do actually see the positive side of tyranny and anarchy. Conflict is a bedfellow of oppression. Therefore we must end the conflict and, in doing so, end the tyranny. Here’s the positive side of this war…

It’s a LONG-HAUL with COVID-19

The context is that about 50% of those hospitalized with COVID-19 develop post-COVID symptoms. Severe outpatients also are affected. Characteristic symptoms include headache, hearing loss, tinnitus, loss of olfactory function, sleep disturbance, muscle aches, weakness, fatigue, and chest or abdominal pain…

Be the One.

Be the One.

Be the one — no longer willing to huddle together in the helpless band — the one who dares to join the fight. Another will follow you and then another, and in a flash of time, that bleeding hulk of our nation — once the great light of liberty to the world, now barely flickering — will rise again to throw off the wolves like it has done before, sending them scurrying for safety…

Major Medical Mystery: Why Some People Despite Exposure Don’t Get COVID

Major Medical Mystery: Why Some People Despite Exposure Don’t Get COVID

A small fraction of Americans have escaped COVID infection. CDC uses a figure of 60% for those infected, while the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington says that 76% have been infected. The remainder may have escaped exposure or been exposed but escaped infection. The latter people are the subject of the medical mystery…

Correcting America’s Course Back to the Constitutional Rule of Law

Correcting America’s Course Back to the Constitutional Rule of Law

The US Constitution must scrupulously be followed, especially by the judiciary. It is not for judges to make laws; it is for them to observe and rule on the constitutionality of issues before them. Their oaths, taken upon their confirmations, should include the understanding that their failures to follow judicial protocols would end in their termination…

Does Joe Biden Aspire to be America’s Last President?

Does Joe Biden Aspire to be America’s Last President?

Most ominously, no American administration has ever seemed so entirely unconcerned about hemorrhaging political capital. And that lack of concern about voters’ approval can only mean that this administration no longer believes it relies on political capital (the consent of the governed) for power. We can only assume that this Marxist-aligned administration intends to authorize itself with whatever power it requires to achieve its ends…

Criminal Intimidation Led By Schumer and Pelosi are America’s Domestic Terrorists

The SCOTUS leak was explicitly designed to tip the balance back to Progressivisms demands and rally the Democrat base to intimidate conservatives, political and business leaders by threats of violence because the country is in a Biden mess, one he created in January 2021 to reflect his party’s image as one that clings to the failed philosophy of Marx and Engles…

Pennsylvania Races Plunge to Swampy Politics

Pennsylvania Races Plunge to Swampy Politics

The establishment has money and counts itself as power brokers. They love the status quo, the “don’t rock the boat” mentality. They pronounce, “This is our guy!” and expect the masses to get in line. However, many are standing up and deciding to vote conscience over party or affiliation – regardless. But aren’t those the same “stand up” attitude and actions that formed this great nation?
