The Progressive Left has been threatening to pack our Supreme Court for years. Lately, the argument has been really heating up. To understand the implications, all one needs is to recognize what Venezuelans’ faced when they did exactly that after their socialist takeover in 1998. It didn’t take long before they started losing their freedoms. Joining Malcolm on this significant broadcast is the President of the Florida Federation of Republican Women, Deborah Tamargo, and Norma Camero Reno, President of Casa Venezuela Tampa Bay. Both women are currently actively involved with the “Keep Nine” initiative meant to pass the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to block future court-packing from either political party.
To make sense of it all during the second hour of the show is Constitutional Expert, author, speaker, radio host of his own show, “The Constitution Study,” Paul Engel will help you wade through the Constitutional implications of life under the Keep Nine Amendment and what may happen if it doesn’t get passed.
