The story of Lt. General Michael Flynn is interesting. He was fired as the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, for producing intelligence information for the White House that said things that the White House did not want to hear. The way it was supposed to work, under Obama, was that Obama told our intelligence agencies the narratives Obama wanted to forward, and then our intelligence agencies produced ‘intelligence’ to support those narratives, whether those narratives were true or not. Michael Flynn decided to provide actual intelligence and was fired for it.

His career ended because he told the truth.

Michael Flynn was then prosecuted for giving two separate dates for the same meeting, during a marathon interview that it turns out the FBI only conducted as a form of prosecutorial misconduct known as a ‘perjury trap.’ The FBI then threatened to prosecute Michael Flynn for a felony, to coerce Michael Flynn into ‘corroborating’ false information on President Trump, to strengthen an investigation that the FBI knew was a political witch hunt. Flynn refused, was prosecuted, and gave a not-guilty plea. The FBI concocted false charges against Michael Flynn’s son and said they would throw his son in prison unless Michael Flynn pleaded guilty. Michael Flynn changed his plea to guilty, but still refused to participate in the witch hunt against Donald Trump.

Michael Flynn was prosecuted, but it turns out that all of the evidence the FBI had on him was exculpatory – it made it clear that Michael Flynn did not intentionally give the wrong date, and that the FBI knew he did not lie. The prosecution, having no evidence to try and get a conviction, and being legally required to share their exculpatory evidence with the defense, decided to drop all charges.

The judge in the case, Emmet Sullivan, without any evidence that Michael Flynn was guilty of a crime, and without a prosecutor willing to carry a case against Michael Flynn, hired a private attorney to continue trying to convict Michael Flynn of a crime that by now the FBI, the federal prosecutor’s office (in the DOJ), and the judge knew Michael Flynn was innocent of.

Even as appellate courts ordered the judge to let Flynn go, Judge Sullivan continued trying to have Michael Flynn prosecuted for a crime everyone knew Michael Flynn was innocent of.

The only thing our Democratic Leadership thinks was unjust about what happened to Michael Flynn, was that at the end of the day, with his reputation destroyed and his life savings gone, he was never convicted of anything.

‘Justice,’ to a democrat politician, is the ability to throw political opponents in prison, for the crime of disagreeing.

Shortly after Joe Biden took office, he reacted to the protest of January 6 by announcing that the Biden Administration would work with Big Tech to spy on and monitor the American people.  Joe Biden assured the American people that our Constitutional protections were being protected, as it would be private firms – and not the government – that would be violating our Constitutional protections.  According to Joe Biden, the Constitution did not protect us from the activities of private firms acting on behalf of the government.

I wrote an article at that time pointing out how the government cannot outsource powers it is forbidden from having, and showing that private firms doing for government what government is forbidden from doing is just as illegal as if the government was doing those things itself, but whatever the case, the government now routinely monitors your Google searches, your web activity, your e-mail, your phone calls, your Facebook page, your Twitter feed, your Instagram account, and everything else you do online, looking for anything ‘suspicious,’ which would be anything that does not reflect unbridled support of the Biden Administration.

A couple of weeks ago, the Biden Administration announced something even worse: our financial institutions are going to help the Biden Administration enforce its radical climate agenda.

It is hard to picture how our financial institutions can enforce a radical climate agenda.  What are they going to do – loan money to build windmills? While it sounds odd to employ banks and credit unions to enforce climate policy, it turns out that banks and credit unions are actually the perfect vehicles for climate enforcement, as they control our access to credit and money.

Think about living in a world where when you try to buy a car, your bank tells you that it will not give you a loan unless you buy an electric car, or where you go to your favorite fast-food restaurant, and your debit card is declined with a message that you have exceeded your quota for beef this month and can only buy a salad. Imagine a world where your natural gas usage is higher than Joe Biden wants, and all of your accounts are frozen until you replace your windows and buy a new, energy-efficient furnace (which the banks will be happy to loan you money to do in spite of your accounts being frozen).

Imagine a world where the government has control over your finances.

Better yet, imagine a world where the government has access to everything electronic you do, be it in e-mail, text messaging, Facebook, Twitter, a phone call, cable television, or whatever, and then the government pairs that with control over your finances.

And pair that with a government that believed it should have thrown Michael Flynn (along with any other dissenters) in prison, in spite of the fact that it knew Michael Flynn was not guilty of any crime.

I was five on July 4, 1976, and even though I was very young, I remember the day well. It was amazingly festive, and I felt honored and privileged to live in a free country. We may not have known it at the time, but that America died on September 11, 2001, with everything our government has done since that time, in both Democrat and Republican administrations, making us less and less free.

Joe Biden is not the reason several thousand Americans are still in solitary confinement for trespassing in the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. Those Americans have been held now for more than nine months for trespassing – a misdemeanor. Where did the authority to hold American citizens indefinitely, without a trial, on suspicion alone come from? It came from the National Defense Authorization Act of 2002, under the, at the time very popular, George W. Bush. Dubya wanted to be able to go after terrorists, and the public went along.

Now the American People are the terrorists, and several thousand of us are being held under that unconstitutional authority, by a government that tried to convict General Flynn for not committing a crime, and that wants to control our activity by controlling our access to our own finances. That is what the Biden Administration calls ‘justice.’

If this government is willing to lock people up indefinitely for trespassing, imagine what kinds of ways they might abuse having access to your checkbook. Post something on Facebook that is in any way critical of the Joe Biden administration, and you may find your bank account locked until you post a retraction and an apology.

Many readers are going to say I am over-reacting. If you are under 40, I will excuse you for that, but one of the most popular articles I ever wrote was in reaction to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2002, and many people who read that responded that I was over-reacting – that our government would never abuse the power it was given under that act to hold American citizens against their will indefinitely, on ‘suspicion of terrorism,’ just for taking political actions, and yet here we are less than 20 years later, and thousands of Americans have been in solitary confinement for more than nine months for trespassing. The government may take power for what at the time is a popular reason, but given time, the same government will later abuse that power for its own ends, and now the government controls your access to your money, as well as all things related to credit.

The Biden Administration took control over your access to money entirely on its own, without so much as a debate on the floor of Congress, announcing it late on a Friday, after the American people had begun to enjoy their weekend. There is an old saying in Washington that when you want the American people to pay attention to something, you announce it on Monday morning, and when you want a story to die, you announce it on Friday afternoon.

If you want your freedom, you are going to have to fight for it. Currently, it’s gone.

The former, who knows if he was legitimately elected, President Barack Obama prided himself on righting supposed wrongs in his eye. He used the power of his office to execute vengeance. He is a little man so maybe this has to do with some type of Napoleon syndrome.

It is very sad what was done to General Flynn and even worse what’s being done to the protesters from 1/6. There was a lot of dissent in the country for the passage of the so-called “Patriot Act” after 9/11. American Patriots, like the writer of this article, tried to sound the alarm; but, we, as Americans were so fearful we were willing to forego our rights for the sake of safety???!! Unfortunately we made this decision while totally oblivious to the elected officials we trusted. We were unbeknownst of their evil motives and compromised characters!!!

Great article, but unfortunately you state that there are ” thousands ” being held in jail when actually there were ” only ” between the hight five hundreds to about 695 actually arrested. Unless I’m missing something about the actual numbers, some of those that I would send your article to are marxist democrats that would pounce on any attempt to discredit it. Other than that, you hit it out of the park. Semper Fi…( 1967-1970 )
