With so much going on in the news, it is easy to lose perspective on what’s important and what isn’t. This is easily done when the media controls what goes out into the public sphere for discussion.
For example, many in the news are attempting to pivot away from the Biden Administration crisis, like the failed Afghanistan withdrawal resulting in the death of 13 American soldiers, the subsequent bombing of 10 innocent Afghanistan civilians by U.S. drones, and Americans left behind enemy lines. Let’s not forget the ongoing southern border crossing by Mexican illegals and now Haitians. All important news stories, but for some reason, the media seemingly wants to take a break from or forget altogether. Instead, they present the case of a missing woman in Florida, Gabby Petito, as major news. While that story might be news, the amount of coverage compared to coverage of other missing individuals is questionable.
“After Dark” hosts Rob and Andrew, along with media expert, Heather Robinson have a suspicion why the media wants to pivot and talk about Petito, but they aren’t going to pivot. They are hunkering down for a discussion on the real important stories of the day.

Who is this Heather Robinson? How could she say with a straight face in 2021 that she was a supporter of George W. Bush? Do you really think he was surprised? Did you not hear GWB speech on 9/11/2021??
Do you think Rudi failed Heather? I don’t think so. The fight that Rudi fought after 11/3/2020 was not about Trump losing the election!! What don’t you people understand this? I guess you have been vaccinated too Heather? What are you doing as a speaker on this platform?
