This week Dr. James Lyons-Weiler does it again with three guests. In the first segment, Dr. Jack and Dr. Meryl Nass discuss FDA’s failure to follow their own guidance on issuing Emergency Use Authorization and approval for COVID-19 vaccines, given real-world data showing extremely low efficacy. In the final segment, he discusses the recent history of major events and threats to medical rights and informed consent with Children Health Defense’s Mary Holland.
Dr. Meryl Nass earned her BS in Biology from MIT and her MD from the University of Mississippi in 1980, where her husband was a faculty member. She is a board-certified Internist in Maine known for expertise in anthrax, bioterrorism, anthrax vaccine, and Gulf War syndrome. She identified the first modern use of anthrax as a biological weapon, which occurred in 1978 during the Rhodesian Civil War. She has testified for seven Congressional committees on bioterrorism vaccines, the anthrax letters, and Gulf War syndrome. She has consulted for the Director of National Intelligence and the World Bank on the prevention and mitigation of bioterrorism. In this episode, she and Dr. Jack compare notes on FDA’s failure to follow its own guidelines for EUA for COVID-19 vaccines.
Mary Holland, Esq. is President and General Counsel of Children’s Health Defense. She is deeply experienced in national, state, and international issues in informed consent and health freedoms. In this episode, she reflects on events over the past five years in the US in vaccine battleground states and massive international shifts in awareness of the importance of health freedom. She will be providing a guest lecture this summer in a course on Medical Freedom and Informed Consent at IPAK-EDU.org.
