The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines propaganda as “ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one’s cause or to damage an opposing cause.” How can you recognize when you are being propagandized? As John Jay said, you start by diligently reading and studying the Constitution and teaching the rising generation to be free. Just as the Secret Service and bank tellers only work with real U.S. currency, we need to expose our minds to the truth about our country. That way, as John Jay continues, “By knowing their rights they will sooner perceive when they are violated and be better prepared to defend and assert them.”
The news today is full of propaganda. You’re told that those who want the Constitution enforced are terrorists, that protesters who do no damage are insurrectionists, that laws the protect your vote are racists, and that you don’t have the right to keep and bear arms. Until we learn the truth, and then share that with others, we will be ruled by those in government. The choice is yours. Will you be a slave to the government or its master?
Absolutely correct! All of our voices are being silenced. I’m praying that someone behind the scenes has a plan to correct all these wrongs.
Our voices are silent only as long as we remain so. Our voices may not be spread by others as far as we want, but they are not silent. All the impediments place in our path means, is that we need to share with friends and family, rather than relying on others to do so for us.
