We need to remember how the Hegelian dialectic works: thesis, antithesis, synthesis, and how it functions in the political process. When the supposed solution arrives, to someone else, it is always the problem,  and then the cycle starts again, ad infinitum. Right now, the Covid truth warriors are riding high, and of course, it is highly necessary that we have a serious reckoning, but we should also remember that our “never again,” after World War II and the Holocaust, did not last very long.

A few generations later, memory has faded, and this time we did not even need a foreign occupation like the Germans did to most of Europe in WW II. We did it to ourselves, for in most countries, it was supposedly democratically elected governments, who imposed lockdowns and vaccine mandates, and so on, without any justification whatsoever.

The postmortems have started, and the picture is not pretty. Many are now fighters against the Covid regime and the WHO, but most of the population still has not comprehended the fraud that has been perpetrated, which has been far larger and more deadly than all of WW II.

Some of my personal favorites from the outset were Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi, John Ioannidis, Dr. Reiner Füllmich, Nick Hudson, Dr. Michael Yeadon, and more recently, Edward Dowd. I have been particularly impressed with Dr. Mike Yeadon in how he dealt with the ever more urgent doubts of some that there even was a virus at all, or any virus ever, for that matter. He very carefully examined the evidence, and for him, it was the meticulous work of Dr. Denis Rancourt, that just demonstrated that the pattern of the spread of this disease, whatever it was, did not fit the distribution of an airborne virus. It is sometimes hard to see how this much evil is even possible; it seems to be incomprehensible.

But then we remember again the pledges of “never again,” and here we are today, with the world economy wrecked by three years of consistent mismanagement by political hacks who clearly were either clueless, very evil and corrupt, or both. And now, per his recent interview with Dr. Lee Vliet on the Whistleblower report, he also has shared with us how the whole experience has brought him back to finding God in his life. Dr. Reiner Füllmich also seems to have rediscovered spiritual awareness in his life during this episode. So the question is, is this a battle of good vs. evil? Is this a modern battle of Armageddon? It could be much simpler than that.

As always, I like to refer back to the simplicity I am finding in A Course in Miracles, since, for me, it is the best way to make sense of this senseless world. In the Course, the origins of the ego are themselves part of the illusion, for the ego never actually IS. To cite two extreme statements:

Oneness is simply the idea God is. ²And in His Being, He encompasses all things. ³No mind holds anything but Him. We say “God is,” and then we cease to speak, for in that knowledge words are meaningless. There are no lips to speak them, and no part of mind sufficiently distinct to feel that it is now aware of something not itself. It has united with its Source. And like its Source Itself, it merely is. (ACIM, W-169.5:1-7)

And also, dealing with the genesis of the ego and the world:

²Into eternity, where all is one, there crept a tiny, mad idea, at which the Son of God remembered not to laugh. ³In his forgetting did the thought become a serious idea, and possible of both accomplishment and real effects. Together, we can laugh them both away, and understand that time cannot intrude upon eternity. It is a joke to think that time can come to circumvent eternity, which means there is no time. (ACIM, T-27.VIII.6:2-5)

In short, in spirit, with God in Heaven, all is one. Nothing else to talk about. This also never ceases, even if we dream something else: it says, “Into eternity, where all IS one…” not “was” but “is,” i.e., “all” never ceased to be “one,” regardless of the “tiny, mad idea,” (lovingly known as “TMI”), and we end up with a world of refracted light, and the Son of God, after accepting the idea of separation, now sees himself as endlessly many. The Course describes several steps, for the development of our human experience, the first few of which are all occurrences in the mind.

First, we split off from Heaven, we take the separation seriously, and we now identify as a separate mind, limited: “my mind,” as opposed to the limitless infinity of Heaven. We try to forget Heaven, but the memory is still with us, as the Holy Spirit, our memory of Heaven, but we dissociate that, and we split it off into our “right mind,” vs. the “wrong mind,” which is the domain of the ego, and we sign on with the ego, for Heaven was too boring.

Thus it is that the mind splits, but that same mind is now identified with the ego and therefore afraid of God, for the mind now thinks it has shattered the peace of Heaven, and the guilt over that is projected out as a fear of God – that he will get us in the end. And we split off the guilt by seeing victims and victimizers, with our preferred role being that of the victim, for that way, the guilt rests outside of us – we see life as a game of Black Jack. Here is the birth of the experience of time, for the thought system assumes we split off from Heaven, and we offed God in the process, so we sinned in the past, we are guilty in the present, and we fear retribution in the future. This starts our never-ending “problem solving,” We project an angry God we should fear and who is out to get us. It is at that point that the massive projection occurs (the “big bang”), the fourth split, really, which is the origin of the manifest universe and the body. We project this whole thought system into the “world of ten thousand things,” the world of multiplicity. And prefer to think of ourselves as the innocent victims of the events that happen to us. Subconsciously we think that if we are the nice people, when the angry God shows up, we can turn him onto the bastards who are the real culprits.

What we are talking about here is the dynamic of denial (of our own assumed guilt) and projection (blaming another for our misery), thus deflecting God’s anger. This fourth and final split into the manifest universe of separate bodies, allows us to forget completely where we came from. We are henceforth busy with the problems of living in this world, and fighting evil as best we can.

As we have seen with Hitler, and as any psychotherapist knows with abusive people, they often feel abused themselves. Mein Kampf was nothing but a justification for Hitler’s own abuses, based on the humiliations of WW I, and the story of any abuser is more or less the same. The denial manifests to begin with our being born in a way where we were clearly “caused,” by things we could not control, i.e., our parents having sex. Every child developmentally goes through the phase of blaming their parents for all their misery, and then later in life, we have abusive bosses, politicians, or any number of other roles. Growing up spiritually then begins with taking responsibility for our life and our condition, instead of blaming everyone else.

Within the ego system, nothing makes sense, and the Course calls the psychological “laws” of the ego, The “Laws” of Chaos; they are sophistry incarnate:

  1. The first chaotic law is that the truth is different for everyone. (ACIM, T-23.II.2:1)
  2. The second law of chaos, dear indeed to every worshipper of sin, is that each one must sin, and therefore deserves attack and death. (ACIM, T-23.II.4:1-2)
  3. This leads directly to the third preposterous belief that seems to make chaos eternal. For if God cannot be mistaken, He must accept His Son’s belief in what he is, and hate him for it. (ACIM, T-23.II.6:5-6)
  4. The ego values only what it takes. ²This leads to the fourth law of chaos, which, if the others are accepted, must be true. ³This seeming law is the belief you have what you have taken. (ACIM, T-23.II.9:1-3)

Truth is different for everyone; we’re sinners all, we tell God the facts, and we own whatever we (mis-) appropriate. It is a chaotic system, that nobody can make heads or tails of, but it serves to maintain our individual self-concept, which remains forever unexamined, at least as long as we are busy fighting evil. So the ego always wins as long as it has us fighting, but at the base of it all lies one conflict, a single conspiracy: our war with God. Individual identity says, I am independent, and I am not as God created me – I am my own boss. But in the Course, there are frequent reminders, that God created us as spirit, and that indeed we are as God created us:

Learn, then, the happy habit of response to all temptation to perceive yourself as weak and miserable with these words:

²I am as God created me. ³His Son can suffer nothing. And I am His Son.

Thus is Christ’s strength invited to prevail, replacing all your weakness with the strength that comes from God and that can never fail. And thus are miracles as natural as fear and agony appeared to be before the choice for holiness was made. For in that choice are false distinctions gone, illusory alternatives laid by, and nothing left to interfere with truth.(ACIM, T-31.VIII.5:1-7)

In the context of health and healing, the key to our whole discussion is that the root cause of all dysfunction is always the same: the belief that the separation is real. The answer is that there can never be a satisfactory answer within these “laws” of chaos that drive our individual substitute reality. The Answer is to accept the atonement for myself, i.e., the Tiny, Mad, Idea is NOT real, and I am still as God Created me. Holy matrimony is the (re-) joining of our individual self with our Christ Self: who and what we are in truth. What God has joined, let not man put asunder.
