Do you often feel tired and worn out even though you eat well, sleep enough, have a great job and a loving family? If so, you need the energizing impact of strenuous physical exercise and sunlight to recharge your body’s dynamo. Properly carried out, fitness training will increase your energy level, your health, and your mood, and make everyone around you happier as well!
Wikipedia explains the importance of an active lifestyle:
“Mens sana in corpore sano is a Latin phrase, usually translated as ’a healthy mind in a healthy body.’ The phrase is widely used in sporting and educational contexts to express the theory that physical exercise is an important or essential part of mental and psychological well-being.”
In our program this week, we discuss with our guest, Dublin, Ohio-based Certified Personal Trainer Greg Jasnikowski, what anyone can do to optimize their health and enjoyment of life through physical fitness. Greg is one of America’s most knowledgeable and effective personal trainers who has assembled online video fitness courses that people can access anytime, anywhere at a reasonable price. He was born in southwest Poland in Bystrzyca Kłodzka and now has the professional goal of reaching people who don’t have adequate knowledge about fitness, health, nutrition, or supplementation and helping them understand and apply science-based principles to improve their health, fitness, and quality of life.
Join Dr. Jay Lehr, Tom Harris, and guest Greg Jasnikowski in this week’s episode of The Other Side of the Story to learn what researchers are discovering about this exciting field and how you, too, can recharge your body and mind through enjoyable and effective physical fitness.
