The 13th state in America has passed some sort of legislation protecting girls from having to compete against boys in sports. This is a long-time coming, and in many ways, it’s too little. Why are there only 13 states? Which Republicans are NOT doing this?

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and the Oklahoma legislature are getting kudos from Republicans, but what took so long? No offense is intended for them, as it’s a good thing they got it passed into law effective immediately, but Oklahoma should be one of the trendsetters for the GOP. It’s one of the most conservatives states in America and should be leading the way with stuff like this.

As the 2022 midterm elections approach, we need to focus on getting real Republicans in office. It’s not just about retaking control of the House and Senate in DC. It’s about winning elections up and down the ballot with America-First constitutional conservatives, something we’ve failed at miserably for many elections. In the third segment of the show, I covered this.

The second segment was, of course, about prepping. Responses seem to be clear that listeners want the prepper stuff even on my very political show, so we’ll deliver on the JD Rucker Political Report on America Out Loud Talk Radio.

The JD Rucker Political Report can be heard on weeknights at 7 pm ET Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on AppleAndroid, or Alexa. All episodes can be found on podcast networks worldwide the day after airing on talk radio.

The real solution to this ‘problem’ is to do away with privileged classes. The law says that schools must spend as much on girls’ sports and they do boys’, but boys…..play….better. I remember hearing the US women’s soccer team complaining they were paid less than the men, and thinking “well ladies, play a game against the men, and see if you can beat them.”

The sh1t will really hit the fan when men ‘identifying’ as women start to take advantage of “affirmative action.” If I identify as an American Indian, can my kids go to Harvard?
