If you happen to be a huge, hulking beast of a man who likes to dress in women’s clothes and compete against them in sporting events, when you win, it doesn’t make you a champion. It just makes you an imposter and a cheat. Certainly not someone to be celebrated and applauded by the masses.

When one is born with two XX Chromosomes or a set of XY’s, it is a scientific fact that you are either one of only two genders. You’re a female or a male. There is no broad spectrum of genders to choose from, as some misguided people may like to claim. You are either a biological male or a biological female, nothing else. No matter how hard you may want to be the other one, you will only be an imposter if you try.

Sadly, some disturbed individuals go to extreme lengths to try to be something they simply are not, nor will ever be. Some have their genitalia surgically removed or altered, along with their breasts removed or enhanced, and also subject themselves to all types of unnatural drugs and inhibitors administered by supposed medical professionals. ‘Medical professionals’ who, by the way, should have their licenses to practice medicine revoked for engaging in nothing short of quackery.

Mental illness is a sad fact of life in our society, with many people suffering from some form or another. Fortunately, most people who experience mental disturbances pose no real threat to the rest of society. Especially if they receive the appropriate care from mental health professionals. Proper care and treatment are important to help people overcome their mental health challenges. Encouraging them instead to live a lie does them and our society no good.

Imagine walking into a bank and claiming you identify as a millionaire, and that you want to withdraw all your money. Unless you’re also pointing a gun at them, most bank tellers are not going to take you seriously; they’ll just chuckle instead and send you on your way. It’s pretty much the same for the vast majority of people when they see a man dressed in women’s clothes. They don’t really take them seriously. They may not do it openly, but most will just laugh at them and dismiss them as nut cases. Regardless of whether they may be a government official, or a former Olympic athlete. Dressing up as something you are not does not make it so. No matter how hard you wish for it.

As a young boy growing up, I wanted to be a Major League Baseball player. I was a pretty decent Second Baseman, but a long way from the big leagues. Alas, I just wasn’t destined to make it to ‘The Show.’ And nowadays, as much as I might want to dress up in the jersey of my favorite team and go to the stadium to watch a game, if I walked out onto the field during a professional baseball game, I’d get arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. No matter if I identified as a professional baseball player. There’d also likely be a few twelve-dollar stadium beers involved, so at least I’d have an excuse.

Truth is truth, and fact is fact. You either are one or the other when it comes to gender. Male or female. Real or imposter. In sports, a man will almost always have an unfair advantage because of his strength and his size. It’s just a scientific fact. And just like size matters, so does science matter.

And anyone saying otherwise is just living and supporting a lie.
