On January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruled that Joseph Biden’s vaccine mandates for private businesses with more than 100 employees is unlawful and stayed the rule that would give a federal agency Gestapo-like authority.

Specifically what SCOTUS ruled with relationship to the unconstitutional vaccine mandates is that the Secretary of Labor, acting on behalf of Joseph Biden and through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), “…exceeds its [OSHA’s] statutory authority and is otherwise unlawful.

Affirming the initial ruling by Judge Engelhardt of the 5th Circuit, a decisive 6-3 majority roundly rejected the notion that the Executive Branch has the authority to grant power to federal agencies at their whim and the whim of their corporate benefactors.

“It is telling that OSHA, in its half-century of existence, has never before adopted a broad public health regulation of this kind—addressing a threat that is untethered, in any causal sense, from the workplace. This “lack of historical precedent,” coupled with the breadth of authority that the Secretary now claims, is a “telling indication” that the mandate extends beyond the agency’s legitimate reach.Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Bd., 561 U. S. 477, 505 (2010)

While this is a decided victory for freedom…it still doesn’t feel like a win…because it’s not.

There are at least three very important aspects to consider.

1  This ruling is only a stay of the rule. Sadly, the case now returns to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and is not completely defeated, although it does give us the opportunity to see which businesses believe they own their employees, and which believe in freedom.

2  The arguments held before SCOTUS on January 7, 2022, did not challenge any of the fraudulent data attempting to justify the necessity for mandates. This was a major failing of the attorneys representing freedom and something that must change immediately.

3  Our fellow Americans who work in hospitals can still be mandated to take the experimental shots or lose their livelihoods. Inexplicably, two of the Supreme Court Justices who ruled in favor of the stay on OSHA, did not apply the same rationale to hospitals with more than 100 employees. I guess that businesses who take Medicare/Medicaid money from the government get to view their employees as slaves and tell them what to do with their bodies.

I suppose in the theater of the absurd, nothing should surprise us anymore.

Still, I can’t help but think how absurd all of this is.

This is supposedly about public health, right?

Well, we all know organic broccoli is healthy for us.

So, could you imagine the federal government mandating that you have to eat a serving of broccoli every day?

Could you imagine governors creating digital passports to verify you’ve eaten your broccoli?

Could you imagine being discriminated against and prevented from eating out at a restaurant because you refused to eat your broccoli?

It’s absurd. Completely and utterly absurd…and so are these mandates for experimental shots, still in clinical trial, and with no long-term safety data available.

Some nights, while I’m working well past the midnight hour, I’ll put on a documentary about World War II. I’m absolutely fascinated by this time period in human history and love studying it.

How did the meth-addicted Nazis come to power?

How did they convince an entire society of reasonable people to hate a group of their fellow citizens?

How did the French ignore their own accurate surveillance and miss the single greatest opportunity to wipe out the Nazis in the Ardennes Forest BEFORE 60 million people died defeating tyranny?

Why did King Leopold of Belgium, surrender so cowardly and hang the reeling British Expeditionary Force and French Army out to dry? This cowardly ‘King’ asked for the Brits and French to help protect his people. The Brits and the French responded with their best soldiers. Then Leopold surrenders his large army to the Nazis in days. Think Churchill had a right to be pissed?

And what would have happened had the courageous and defiant Winston Churchill not arranged the most daring rescue of British and French soldiers stranded at Dunkirk awaiting certain death?

Had Winston Churchill not acted urgently and decisively…

  • the last standing army in the west of Europe would have been destroyed,
  • more than 340,000 soldiers would have been slaughtered on the beaches of Dunkirk,
  • WWII would have been all but over,
  • and the Nazis would have been able to turn their full attention to world domination

You see, what happened at Dunkirk was a miracle born from courage, ingenuity, and valor.

It was a victory because it kept Great Britain in the war…but it wasn’t a win.

What the rescue at Dunkirk did was it bought time for the Allied forces and that’s what today’s SCOTUS ruling is for health freedom fighters.

Upon pulling off the greatest evacuation in world history, and saving the lives of about 340,000 soldiers, many Brits were so ecstatic they celebrated the soldier’s return home as if the country had won something.

“Wars are not won by evacuation.” – Winston Churchill

Having no illusions of what just happened and the dire nature of the days ahead, a defiant Winston Churchill delivered a speech that will forever be remembered as long as freedom lives.

The name of the speech was ‘We shall never surrender’ and it is worth reading because it was exactly what the British people needed to be told…the truth.

“Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender…”

This SCOTUS ruling was our Dunkirk.

So many have sacrificed.

So many have already died.

Like the build-up to WWII, many ignored the warning signs of tyrants, leading cults and intimidating any opposition. And like Hitler, the pharmaceutical industry has seized more and more territory in complete disrespect of fearing any accountability.

Like the Nazi army, the CDC rolled through the Ardennes Forest in a surprise move with tanks of fraudulent data. And rather than us ending the war early by attacking those tanks of fraudulent data stuck in the forest when we found them. We ignored our own surveillance in 2020 and let the blitzkrieg begin.

Like King Leopold, medical professionals abandoned their oaths and surrendered to the CDC rather than fight for early treatment and expanded treatment options for their patients.

These acts have pushed us back to the beaches of Dunkirk, uncertain of our future.

And thankfully, the Supreme Court has sent boats to rescue millions of Americans from certain doom, but make no mistake…

This is a good thing, but as of today, we have won nothing and we have no reason for celebration.

The days ahead will challenge our resolve, our beliefs, our courage, and our compassion.

And we WILL ultimately win. Upon this self-evident truth, I have unwavering faith.

We are tasked with the challenges of taking no offense, speaking truth, being selfless, and remaining humble. This is the path we can march upon each day.

It is our duty to all ‘who sacrificed all that we may be free’…it is our duty to our children and future generations…it is our duty to each other.

To NEVER surrender…

To NEVER accept retreat as victory…

And to hold the people responsible for these crimes against humanity to account.

This isn’t over and we will never win playing defense only.

The time is coming when we will go on the offensive and storm the beaches of our Normandy, but first, we must build our numbers in a singular, unified mission to defeat this evil upon us at all costs.

This was our Dunkirk.

Let’s go on offense and make a Grand Jury Investigation our Normandy.
