Finally, it seems that Joe Biden will get a victory. But it is at the cost of forcing Associate Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer off the bench. Do not doubt that’s exactly what happened. Justice Breyer, who was nominated by former President Bill Clinton to serve, has been forced off the US Supreme Court by the radical arm of the Democrat Party. Now they intend to get Biden to nominate a black woman to fill his seat. The hosts of “After Dark” see this move as unfortunate, for the left has managed to corrupt yet another scared institution using gender and race politics.
