Strength vs Weakness is a Deadly Difference
Our country is in crisis. We are at a tipping point. The horrific results of the botched Afghanistan withdrawal are a symptom of a much larger problem. Because of the corruption of everything we hold dear and true, there is no clear path forward. Evil is on the rise, either supernaturally or man-made, and its effects are clear.
The defining difference is strength or weakness. Strength in the wrong hands can be tyrannical; it can be empowering as a tool of freedom in the rights hands. Weakness can be exploited and manipulated. It leads to lies and deception to cover itself, and it can lead to violence. The corruption of our media, our political class, and our churches are evidence of this battle, and our lives are more dangerous. Afghanistan is an example of the danger of weakness.
