Thank you for the tireless work. I hope a formal law is passed. Many Americans are losing their jobs right now. I don’t know if this can be solved by a vaccine with a better safety profile (are any on the horizon?) or legal challenges. Many legal challenges have lost due to a Supreme Court case in 1905 related to smallpox.
It may be interesting to have an attorney talk about this on a future show.
I believe smallpox at the time likely presented a more clear and present danger due to the mortality rate. The general public believes; falsely, that there is equivalence with COVID-19 I think mainly due to fear and misinformation and potential overstating of actual COVID deaths.
will a judge evaluate data? It was encouraging in Nebraska that the attorney general did so with respect to ivermectin, high as you so frequently have shared is just one tool.
I have changed tactics when speaking with anyone to ask a simple question “What unanswered question do you have about this pandemic.” The person responds, and no matter what they say I just listen and tell them how much I appreciate them sharing. If they ask me the same which provides an opportunity for me to answer their question. I usually do so in this order:
1). I don’t understand what happened to natural immunity. When I was little, all my friends who had chicken pox could come over to my house and play when I got it. Did the earth become flat, I don’t understand a scientific reason for why this doesn’t work anymore. Do you?
2). Whenever I get sick there are things I reach for in my own medicine cabinet, and if it something serious I call my doctor right away to learn about ways to treat it. Do you understand why, almost 2 years into a disease, that this isn’t the first thing we talk about?
3). I always thought of science as a process of trial and discovery. Today it feels like it was something decided 12-18 months ago. What data exists today, what have learned from that data, and what should our strategy be now? Do you understand why science seems to be an unchanging thing?
On Sunday this happened with one of the most educated people I know (Stanford undergrad, London School of Economics masters, etc). His question “I wonder how long the pandemic will extend because of all the people that are not vaccinated and the variants they cause?” A stunner to display how effective the mass media and public health campaign has been.
he did ask me the question back “What do you think?” And I went with the above questions and just let his mind think and begin to process. At the very end of the conversation I think he had a different set of questions. You can’t overwhelm people with information, but if you can activate their own ability to think and form opinions – that seems about all that can be done.
appreciate you and praying for you!
Thank you, Dr. McCullough, for playing that song Stand and Deliver, by your friend (and my ‘idol’) Eric Clapton. I had heard the song before, and my first reaction was that the melody and chords were quite simple, so I wasn’t that impressed. But after hearing it again on your podcast, I gave it few more listens on Spotify, and I really got into it. The lyrics sum up the dividing line between me and my Big Government-loving, pro-Covid lockdown, mask-wearing, and vax taking friends and family. We’re all faced with a choice between freedom and slavery, and they are choosing slavery. This song calls them out, and puts them to shame if they persist.
Thank you Dr. McCullough for everything you are doing. You are the real hero of this pandemic. We need more medical professionals like you!
Grateful for the truth you share and the dignity you maintain in the deluge. People ARE waking up.
How to Decipher Mainstream Media Statistics? First of all, Thank you for your tireless efforts to bring reliable information to a nation that is being kept in the dark and save countless lives with useful treatment protocols! We see in the media every day statistics like: Unvaccinated are 4 times more likely to die from COVID than the vaccinated. And more than 90% of those hospitalized with COVID are unvaccinated. Are there more legitimate and verifiable studies to disprove these obviously skewed data? Thanks!
