We see governments at all levels infringing on our right to keep and bear arms. Look at the arguments they use. “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.” — Beto O’Rourke. “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.” — Barack Obama. “If I could have gotten…an outright ban – ‘Mr. and Mrs. America turn in your guns’ – I would have!” — Sen Diane Feinstein. “We’re bending the law as far as we can to ban an entirely new class of guns.” — Rahm Emanuel…

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The Pledge of Allegiance ends in the words, “With Liberty and Justice for all.” What happens when the laws and the legal system are not seeking justice? Then, we no longer have a “justice system”; what we have is “just a system.” Whether it’s using the legal system or the bureaucracy to punish political opponents or finding ways to have undue influence on elections or courts to unbalance the scales of justice…

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – When the Founding Fathers established this union, they did not expect the citizens to be passive participants but active in its operation. Rather than expecting others to protect their rights, they wanted people to defend them for themselves. Our first Chief Justice of the United States, John Jay, told us how we could do that…
One of the most important aspects of our constitutional framework bequeathed by our founders was the concept of minority protections. Of course, the idea of protecting minority rights, as envisioned by the founders, was far from complete. On one hand, they were sagacious in understanding that when majority opinion rules the day, a just social contract needs to protect the rights of not some but all of its citizens…

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – The most important comment I’ve heard so far is when Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was worried that the First Amendment would be used to hamstring the government. It seems she missed the point of the Bill of Rights. Does the Constitution mean what it says, or can it be ignored in certain situations? The Biden Administration Censorship case, Murthy v. Missouri…
I can see only one logical reason for this type of legislation. Similar to the orders to destroy the firearms and ammunition of the colonists, this legislation is meant to leave the American people unarmed, untrained, and unprepared to act as a free people. This leaves them dependent on the government for their own safety and makes them subject to the government’s will. This bill should be called “Preparing to Enslave the American People Act.”
The idea of a New World Order is the combined action of government(s) with manufacturing to create ‘fascist’ states. It happened in Italy and it happened in Germany. The dream of a one-world ‘fascist’ government acts as an aphrodisiac to their decision-making, the Constitution be damned. Why? That’s where the money is, gobs of it, dispensed as bribes, as campaign financing donations…
The 5th Circuit’s order to stay enforcement is a clear violation of the State of Texas’s sovereign right to enforce its own laws within its own border, to defend itself against unlawful incursion, and to charge lawbreakers with crimes. To claim that illegally present foreign nationals enjoy immunity from prosecution under state laws is a complete absurdity. Texas should simply disobey the 5th Circuit on the basis of its own destroyed legitimacy on the issue…

Unleashed: The Political News Hour with Bruce Robertson – Imagine if we just followed the Constitution? What would it be like? Imagine if our country just operated the way that our founding fathers originally intended. There would be no income tax – No CIA or FBI – No wasteful or corrupt foreign aid packages – No private central bank controlling inflation and the cost of money – Citizens would not be under illegal surveillance – No “fourth branch” of unelected bureaucrats running things…
Today damned near everything we hear is a lie. Generally speaking, the truth is whatever you are not allowed to say. The crazy thing is that everyone knows we are being lied to, including the people who continue to follow the lies. From Russia Collusion to everything COVID, to everything we hear about what Trump says, to ‘mostly peaceful protests,’ to January 6 being an ‘insurrection,’ and the list goes on and on, we are lied to constantly by our government…

Unleashed: The Political News Hour with Chris Cordani – The excessive government spending, devaluing of the dollar and shutting down of energy production means is bankrupting the nation – all to force the nation to fall to its knees in front of the World Economic Forum’s Marxist social agenda. This is a war against a Traitorous Left, the Obama-led Biden Administration’s handlers, the Information Cartel, and the World Marxist Establishment. Fighting back won’t be easy…
The income tax didn’t start with the 16th amendment; it started in 1862 to fund the Civil War. Since it was a consistent revenue stream, the income tax was sold to the people with a warning that it was necessary, the promise that it would be limited by a person’s income, and was scheduled to expire in 1870. However, that did not make it constitutional. Most likely due to the urgencies of the war, though, this tax was never challenged in court…
Tyrants are lawless. They are a law unto themselves. They disregard the law of the land (namely, our Constitution) and consider themselves to be the law. Not even God’s Law means anything to them. President Biden stood before the world in that State of the Union (really, the State of his own far-left party) message and demanded “reproductive freedom” which, translated means, the freedom to slaughter infants…

The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – I hear people frequently talking about the Constitution as if it’s some sort of superhero ⏤ like it will sweep in and save the day. But the Constitution is just ink on parchment, words on paper, and has no power to fix the ills of our country. As delegate to the Constitutional Convention, John Francis Mercer said: It is a great mistake to suppose that the paper we are to propose will govern the United States. It is the men whom it will bring…

Unleashed: The Political News Hour with Chris Cordani – Both the Maoist dictatorship in China and the Soviet regime needed desperately to manipulate and force their subjects into submission when they originally took over their respective nations. What is sicker about the American and Western Leftists’ desperation to eradicate our own nations’ histories is that while they know many of us will criticize them or cause an uproar, they are playing the…

It is also free to incorporate God, faith, and prayer into everyday teaching. 250,000 micro-schools have sprung up in the US in the last few years…

And when such a call is combined with any act that seizes or destroys a strategic target, takes hostages, impedes civilian mobility, cripples supply lines, delays emergency response, or poses a threat of mass casualties, it should be understood and treated as such. Truth Be Told with Booker Scott – In 2021, the top 50% of filers earned 90% of all income, so half of Americans are earning 9 out of every 10 dollars. It would be easy to think that a fair share would be 90%; that’s fair, isn’t it? I’m not sure how much fairer Biden wants it and where he thinks he’s going to get it because that same 50% of filers pay 98% of all taxes the government receives…
Too often, peer review of scientific reports amounts to little more than “pal review,” a rubber stamp from supporters of the hypothesis being investigated. What is needed is to allow reports to be reviewed by many people on all sides of issues, both inside the scientific community and in the public at large. One prominent group is actually doing this — the London, UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation…

Dr. Li-Meng Yan w/ The Voice of Dr. Yan – Xi: Do not be so afraid of war. The old guy Bi (= Joe Biden) made it very clear that there will be no hot war between the nuclear States. If there is a hot war between the nuclear States, human beings and the earth will be destroyed. This is the rule set by the United States after World War II when they built the nuclear bomb…
