President Biden does nothing to reverse the CDC’s unconstitutional “no eviction” edict. This violates the “no takings” clause of the U. S. Constitution. Amendment V states:
…nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
The “no eviction” diktat by the CDC effectively nationalizes all rental property in the United States. The CDC has effectively taken control of all rental property. The CDC now becomes your landlord who charges no rent. This is another gradual step to communist-style socialism, where the government owns all property. Tens of millions of renters (those who were not on Section 8 government housing) now are beholden to the government for the roof over their heads. More power for Soviet Joe and his progressive elites to wield over ordinary Americans who used to earn a living and take pride that they paid their own rent. Soviet Joe can now say, “Obey us, or you and your family are on the street!”

President Biden gives this an unconstitutional property grab a pass by not countermanding the CDC order. He could also fire the CDC Director, who is under his command as chief executive of the executive branch of government. He has not. According to columnist Jacob Sullum.
The day before the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention imposed a new eviction moratorium last week, President Joe Biden’s administration conceded that the agency had no legal authority to do so. The fact that Biden was unfazed by that crucial point does not bode well for a president who was supposed to restore respect for the rule of law.
There are millions of small unit rental owners who depend on rent for their income. This moratorium on evictions may force them onto the welfare rolls as well. More people are dependent on the government for their living. See the pattern?

The Constitution forbids the taking or control of private property. No governor, no president, and no medical official has the power to do so. When they do, they violate the Constitution.

Instead of working on truly medical issues like Wuhan virus cures, our Nurse Ratched-Walensky is ratcheting up medical control of the economy with her “no-evictions” edicts. This Big Nurse barks unconstitutional orders at Americans just like Orwell’s Big Brother.
Resist via Impeachment
With this latest violation of the constitution by President Biden, it is time to impeach him. I know that there aren’t enough votes in the House or Senate to take impeachment to the trial stage, but it would be a “profiles in courage” test for Republicans in Congress: will you keep your promise made in your oath of office? All congressmen take this oath:
“I, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me, God.”
Defending the Constitution means reversing any law or act that violates the Constitution. The President takes a similar oath, as required by the Constitution itself: Article II, Section 1, Clause 8:
Before he enters on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:–I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Take One Article of Impeachment, and the Country Will Feel Better in the Morning
Since the President has NOT defended the Constitution in this issue of unconstitutional blocking of evictions, he has violated his oath. That alone is grounds to bring articles of impeachment. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), it is time to stand up, do your duty and defend the Constitution. Introduce Articles of Impeachment against President Joe Biden. Citizens, call your congressman or congresswoman and ask them to begin impeachment proceedings.

The Nuremberg Protocols established international law against forcing anyone through threat to income, property, or self to be a part of a medical experiment.
No one under the age of 40 seems to know this lesson from the Holocaust.
In fact, there seems to be people even up to the age of 60 who have forgotten. And certainly, Biden has.
The FDA has now played a shell game with Pfizer so that a jab is ‘authorized,’ jerking that protection from us. After the eviction moratorium antics, I have no doubt whatsoever that the government will do anything unconstitutional or against global laws in order to have every productive citizen be forced to undergo the DNA altering jab, which is NOT a vaccine.
Our government is at war with every citizen of the United States, while opening our borders to the billions of people around the planet.
We will not survive this ‘president’s’ administration if he is not removed from office immediately.
