After a year and a half of having no Comirnaty FDA-approved version of the COVID shot available at any military installation in the US or overseas, suddenly Comirnatry-labeled vials began to appear at a few bases…but without the proper and complete FDA labeling as shown in the FDA’s own ”Purple Book” of approved medicines, vaccines, gene therapy products, etc.

These suspected counterfeit vials only began to show up following the May 18-20, 2022, Board of Inquiry hearings for Navy Lt. Billy Moseley, at which extensive testimony was put into evidence showing conclusively that there had never been any fully FDA-approved licensed COVID shots available to our military service members, even though they were told by Command that they were mandated to receive the COVID shot because it was FDA-approved.
There are many serious and alarming questions surrounding what are suspected to be counterfeit vials labeled Comirnaty. Why now? Where did it come from? Who manufactured it? What is really in this “Comirnaty-labeled vial” that does not include all the legally required identifying information?
Our Army Lt. I’ve been helping officers in the Air Force ever since the UNLAFUL, without authority, criminal, treasonous “order” was put out. As a vet having been targeted early on because I followed the UCMJ and testified at a Captains Mast which caused the charges against a “black man”, to be dropped, I am familiar with the deceptions of criminals in positions of public trust.
All you have to do is read “The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America” memorize it, then read and memorize The Constitution for the United States of America especially Articles I Section 10, III Sections 1 and 3, IV, VI The Bill of Rights, Amendments, XIII, XIV, The UCMJ, Hale v Henkel p.74 last paragraph “The individual may stand… His rights existed long aticedent to the organization of the State…” principles. 75 “All Corporations are creatures of the State and presumed to be for the benefit of the public..it holds its charter SUBJECT TO …”
Once you know and fully comprehend that Governments are created by the people meaning we literally are the creators of them, they exist to serve and protect, “organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it,…”, you will have proper perspective.
People have been misinformed and programed to believe that Governments are God and meant to rule the people “…deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed –” But fail to comprehend that it is those that volunteer to be “governed” by to the position of public trust, are granted “certain” limited powers for the Express purpose “That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among men, ”
Thus the laws, Cods, Regulations, Statutes and Bill’s can and do ONLY APPLY to those in positions of public trust, Not the people, public, man, woman (man with womb) or inhabitants. Which is why there is no such terms used in any Constution, Statutes, Codes, Regulations that say man, woman, people, public or inhabitants “shall or shall not, anything! Only “persons”. People have persons! Or hold a position of person/persona. You are not a “Senator, Captain, carpenter” but a man ACTING AS a “Senator, Captains or carpenter”.
Now READ the Unlawful Order (void ab initio) line
“2. Only fully licensured vaccine shall be used”
The term switch:
“APPROVED”is NOT “Licenced” and “Licenced” is NOT “fully licensured” as required.
There is manufacturing license, storage license, transporting license, location storage license, administering license, and labeling license to “insure”, consistent, effective equal, without adverse effects to the end recipient. Thus the term “fully licensured license-assured/insured/product liability!
There has never been a “fully licensured” shot to be labeled or called “vaccine” so NO ONE HAs GOTTEN A “VACCINE” by definition!!!
Thus since the “Uniforms Code of Military Justice” requires uniformity throughout all rates and ranks and divisions, branches etc. Everyone has failed to obey the order and everyone must be equally disciplined and booted out!!!!! In fact those that have gotten the Bio-Weapon-Injection have disobeyed line 2. and diminished the readiness of the military and subject to charges of “treason”, because they obeyed an unlawful order! And in fact have harmed the military integrity. All those that got the Bio-Weapon-Injection are no longer fit for “duty” and must be replaced with people who did not get the Bio-Weapon-Injection formulated from a recipe derived from a known enemy The Chinese Communist Party!
If any are found to be worthy to continue in any capacity, must be punished and then screened for nano-bots, graphine, graphine oxide, meghallens (sp?) RNA or DNA altering spike proteins, and any other altering or immunity system deficiencies, and all the other 5 thousand known and listed by Pfizer and the FDA in the documents now made public. Then and only then may they be put back into service.
The military has a duty to insure the integrity of its personal and everything they put into their bodies must go through rigorous checking especially since the FDA has proven it cannot be trusted and it is a given that the pharmaceutical companies cannot be trusted!
And now you know how badly we and those in Government and military have been “compromised”!!!!
Failure to act accordingly constitutes accessory to the crimes and wars against the Military, the United States, The United States of America and the people who “instituted it “to secure these Rights” and “to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

Does this deliberate deception & apparent failure to comply with Federal Code Section 42 requirements render order to be jabbed with this biological an ‘ unlawful order’ ? A legal question.

Short answer, anyone who took, caused by threat, intimidation, or imposition or UNLAWFUL (void ab initio) “Oder” has committed treason and deprecated the readiness and effectiveness of the military, “giving aid and comfort to the enemy”.
Facts and law, to which those in positions of public trust are “Bound thereby”.
