The new allegations made by Russia that Ukraine had plans, using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) containing bioweapons developed in Department of Defense-funded biolabs, to disperse those agents on the Russian-populated Donbas region of Ukraine and Russia itself are pure1ly speculative, being based on two unconnected dots.

The first dot the Russians note is the presence of biowarfare-capable viruses and bacteria in the Ukrainian labs via a “Central Depository of Especially Dangerous Microorganisms in Kiev,” which in itself is not a violation of the Biological Weapons Convention unless those microbes are weaponized.

The second dot, contained in the image above and noted in a recent article, was a letter by Turkish UAV manufacturer, Baykar, sent in response to questions posed by a Ukrainian contract engineer about the capabilities of the Baykar UAV, specifically its range and whether or not the UAV is equipped with “a system/mechanism for spraying aerosols with a capacity of more than 20 liters.”

The original letter is shown in the image below, with the pertinent sentences highlighted.

The letter does not indicate what the nature of the aerosol might be. Is it possible that the aerosol could be chemical or biological weapons? Yes. Is it evidence for such? No.

Nevertheless, there are other potentially disturbing implications surrounding the U.S.-funded Ukrainian biolabs that deserve further investigation.

First of all, as detailed in another recent article, the entire U.S.-funded Ukrainian biolab operation has all the hallmarks of a classic military-industrial-complex money scam.

The U.S. Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), expands its foreign activities and obtains increased taxpayer funding while, at the same time, DTRA rewards its private-sector friends, including Hunter Biden and George Soros, with multi-million-dollar contracts.

More ominously, however, are potential connections between the U.S.-funded Ukrainian biolabs and Black Operations conducted by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and/or the Department of Defense.

A clear violation of the Biological Weapons Convention would be the development of bioweapons and/or the means of dispersing them.

Such a potential violation is demonstrated in the 2015 U.S. patent US 8,967,029 B1 “Toxic Mosquito Aerial Release System,” whose purpose is to disperse infected mosquitos as a military weapon.

The curious aspect of this patent is that the inventor, S. Mill Calvert, and the assignee, TMARS Associates, both of Manassas, Virginia, do not appear to exist, or at least they are very difficult to trace via open-source searches.

There appear to be deeper and darker secrets concerning the U.S.-funded Ukrainian biolabs, yet to be revealed.

This is a good article. That  Bakar UAV and TMARS might need local flight control to assistance navigating into a tight place like the Huanan Seafood Market, if  some miscreant wanted to aerosol it with a coronavirus.

Rather, one would probably need a portable version of the Collison nebulizer. In March 2020, the NIAID (Neeltje van Doremalen and Vincent Munster)  and the Atlanta CDC (Azaibi Tamin and
Jennifer Harcourt) used the 3-jet Collison nebulizer to test the viability of airborne SARS-Cov-2, “the virus can remain viable and infectious in aerosols for hours and on surfaces up to days”. See the NIAID  supplement materials  at https://www.nejm.org/doi/suppl/10.1056/NEJMc2004973/suppl_file/nejmc2004973_appendix.pdf    for their use of Collison 3-jet nebulizer to test airborne Covid-19 viability.  Original article, ‘Aerosol and Surface Stability of SARS-CoV-2 as Compared with SARS-CoV-1’.  With their laboratory experience, the NIAID and Atlanta CDC could show the American public how the Huanan Seafood Market might have been nebulized/airbombed with coronavirus.

See also the article, ‘Utility of Three Nebulizers in Investigating the Infectivity of Airborne Viruses’, by Sadegh Niazi and others.

That Bakar UAV would only be good for delivering cornaviruses like Omicron to remote place like Botswana, where it initially was found.

My original comment above seems to have been rudely truncated by Captiva. My  comment  was about viruses being artificially or naturally aerosoled.

The NAIAD supplement cited above states,

“In short, aerosols (<5 μm) containing HCoV-19 (105.25 TCID50/mL) or SARS-CoV-1 (106.75-7 TCID50/mL) were generated using a  3-jet Collison nebulizer and fed into a Goldberg  drum to create an aerosolized environment. Aerosols were maintained in the Goldberg drum”

For certain, the Covid aerosols were ‘fed into a Goldberg drum’ by the nebulizer, and not into the Huanan Seafood Market, according to Vincent Munster with the NIAID in Montana.

This is the same Vincent Munster who was swapping bat coronavirus RBDs with Michael Letko in January 2020 at the time of coronavirus outbreak, see the article “Functional assessment of cell entry and receptor usage for SARS-CoV-2 and other lineage B betacoronaviruses”, or my posting  https://scitechdaily.com/wuhan-lab-leak-theory-rare-genetic-sequence-doesnt-mean-the-covid-virus-was-engineered/

The RBM (receptor binding motif) part of the coronavirus RBD (receptor binding domain) connects to residues in human ACE2 enzyme to help bind the coronavirus to a human cell.  Munster was swapping those RBDs from one coronavirus to another. Munster reiterated the size of Covid-19 aerosoled particles.

“demonstration of true aerosol transmission of  SARS-CoV-2 should only include particles <5 μm  (micrometer=10 to -6 power), over longer distances and in the  absence of any other potential transmission routes such as fomite or direct  contact….Epidemiological data suggests that the principal mode of infection with SARS-CoV-2 is via airborne transmission”………..
in the article, ‘Increased aerosol transmission for B.1.1.7 (alpha variant) over lineage A variant of SARS-CoV-2’, by Vincent Munster, Julia Port and others, NIAID Montana

Particles >5 μm seem to be a result of direct contact with a coronavirus source, or increase that likelihood. On February 26, 2022, George Gao (Beijing CDC) listed all of the positive Covid-19 environmental samples from the Huanan Seafood Market, in Table 1 of his article # 1 below. Michael Worobey article # 2 below  also listed all the positive Covid-19  Environmental samples from the Huanan Seafood market in his Table S2.

(3) ‘SARS-CoV-2 emergence very likely resulted from at least two zoonotic events’, by Pekar, Jonathan, Magee, Andrew, Parker, Edyth, and others, https://zenodo.org/record/6291628#.Yh_HPphMFdg The WHO didn’t have access to that environmental sample data in their  February 2021 reports.  Up to this point, only five environmental samples had been made public. Gao stated regarding the three environment samples that contained live Covid-19 on January 1, 2020,

“Negative-stained virus particles were generally spherical,  pleomorphic and 60-140 nm in diameter.”
Very small atomic sized particles in those three live environmental samples, which could have aerosoled (human to human transmission), and not likely the result of direct animal contact.  But does not rule out the possibility of an animal being the original source of Covid-19.

The Niazi study below showed nebulized coronavirus particles in the nanometer range,  .000000001 meters.

“Kim et al. reported a loss of 15% in titer of an enveloped
coronavirus (80 to 160 nm) during Collison nebulization over a period of 30 min. Conversely, Hermann et al. reported no loss in the viabilities of enveloped porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (40 to 80 nm) through 55 min of nebulization using a 24-jet Collison .”—in the article, ‘Utility of Three Nebulizers in Investigating the Infectivity of Airborne Viruses Sadegh Niazi, Lisa Philp, and others

Whereas real life aerosol SARS-Cov-2 are in the micrometer range, .000001 meters.

“SARS-CoV-2 aerosols were mainly found to include two size ranges,
one in the submicrometre region (dp between 0.25 and 1.0 μm) and
the other in supermicrometre region (dp > 2.5 μm).”in the article, ‘Aerodynamic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 in two Wuhan hospitals’, Yuan Liu, Zhi Ning, and others

Gao’s recent study above found nanometer sized particles in the Huanan Seafood Market.

“Negative-stained virus particles were generally spherical, pleomorphic and 60-140 nm (nanometers) in diameter.”

This nanometer sized particles matches Zhu’s original 2020 finding that coronavirus  patients having nanometer sized particles.

“Electron micrographs of negative-stained 2019-nCoV particles were generally spherical with some pleomorphism (Fig. 3). Diameter varied from about 60 to 140 nm (nanometers). Virus particles had quite distinctive spikes, about 9 to 12 nm, and gave virions the appearance of a solar corona.”

“A novel coronavirus from patients with pneumonia in China”, Zhu N, Zhang D, Wang W, Li X, Yang B, Song J, et al 2019. N Engl J Med. (2020) from fvets article

Nanometer sized particles are more consonant with nebulization.

These biolab chain around Russia and China was started in 2005 Obama was the person in charge of this program. There were articles about it abroad, interviews, deaths. And the Americans harvested DNA from Russians in Russia.I remember an interview that an analyst said that they were switching to this bio weapons. The latter being considerably cheaper than neutron bomb is. But some neutron bombs still would be used in the Middle East.
