We’ll discuss that today on Viewpoint This Sunday and how to get America back on the right track. Commissioner Bernie Kerik gets us started with his tremendous knowledge of all things law enforcement.

The increased violent crime rate is caused by reduced proactive policing due to the community’s distrust and hostility towards police. The police’s unwillingness to intervene. Does this send a clear message to criminals that society has lost the will to prevent lawlessness?
