This show presents the tragic case of a young man coerced into permanent gender reassignment surgery from male to female, which has now prevented him from fulfilling his long-standing dream of being a father – and a better role model for his children than the abusive father he had.
Richard decided courageously to speak out publicly about his horrible ordeal at the hands of Kaiser Health System to help prevent such tragic outcomes for other patients. He goes on the record on America Out Loud with his attorney and his nurse and shares the truth of what his life has become since he was surgically castrated and now living with an artificially created “vagina” that has led to permanent medical complications and daily physical and emotional pain.
This is the ongoing tragedy of a political agenda that puts ideology ahead of proper medical-psychiatric care and treatment in the push to change men to women and women to men in violation of basic biological facts and in violation of medical ethics and standards of care. It is also the story of a courageous attorney and military veteran who has taken on the challenge of this lawsuit to stop such monstrous abuse of other patients.

What an incredible, loving, yet tragic conversation. It is so wonderful that you are making this vile attack on the children – it is satanic and beyond evil – their law suit will be successful and when I heard you proclaim that ” Richard will be a good father role model” for others so that they will not be coerced into these horrific practices, I wept – your words were some of the most amazing words that anyone could tell him. And that is true. May the Creator of the Universe continue to give him strength – and with the help of Dr. Vliet, I’m sure his emotional and physical pain will reduce. Thank you to his lawyer and his nurse friend, what compassionate and loving people.
I am so sorry for Richard. While he may no longer be able to father a biological child, he can still be a great father to a child should he choose to be.
I am appalled this tragedy even occurred – our health “care” system has failed him miserably. This is incomprehensible, and it is absolutely inexcusable.
It is not so suprising, after seeing the butchery of many cosmetic plastic surgeries over the last 30 years, that gender reassignment would be the next big moneymaker for doctors and hospitals. To add, I have been around about 4 people who have done gender reassignment, and all the the people are less healthy after such a surgery. I am glad people are getting real about how damaging it can be, and the financial incentives that are now pushing the agenda.
