Misplaced social justice has led to an explosion of mentally ill in homeless encampments, on our streets, and in our society. Getting help for those people who need it most is next to impossible. Liberal judges, the ACLU, and politicians have closed mental health institutions, leaving those unable to care for themselves and in need of medications to fend for themselves and with no safety nets insight. It is shameful to treat those in our society in this way.

Judy Moran, Becky Kolemainen, and Linda Martinelli discuss how we got to this point, and what our misguided social warriors have created for those unable to help themselves. We need to do better—the Ladies of Liberty Sound Off on the plight of the mentally ill in America. You’re gonna love this!

The Ladies of Liberty Sound Off can be heard on weekdays at 1 PM ET. Listen on iHeart Radio, our world-class media player, or our free apps on AppleAndroid, or Alexa. All episodes can be found on podcast networks worldwide the day after airing on talk radio. Join us; you’re gonna love this!

My brother REFUSES to take his medication had become destructive and aggressive. Long story short he lives in my garage. He has a ccess to a bathroom, sink to do dishes, a microwave,
And refrigerator and has food stamps. I allow him a shower 2 to 3 days a week. I encourage him to schedule to see his Behavioral health Contact. And I carry on until he starts getting loud and aggressive. He stresses me out but I love my brother. I understand why some are homeless due to them being very difficult. It’s hard. He legally doesn’t have to take his meds so i try and give him something to think about especially in cold weather. In order to enter the home you need to take your fast desolving med (before the garage). And I gave him a time to be home or he gets locked out. Had to build that nerve up. I hear so many similarities as I listen about your sister. I’m still trying to work with my brother.

If mentally ill refuse their medications and are a menace to society they shouldn’t be allowed that right to NOT take their meds unless they take the medications necessary to help them be productive members of society. We need more of a say when the mentally ill is seriously instable
