Seven years too late, but finally, what we have all along suspected has been made manifest as the truth. It’s no longer a MAGA conspiracy theory; it’s the truth. The FBI, CIA, DNI, and DoJ are indeed corrupt and were unethically and criminally involved in interfering with an American election. When that didn’t work for them, the crime of creating a hoax narrative so big and so false, the Steel Dossier to claim Trump’s alleged Russian connection, that it beggars belief. The FBI must take the heat on this because its corrupt leadership has all but destroyed the institution’s image in the public mind, at least, as being fair and honest, seeking truth, justice, and the American way. It’s the FBI that has become America’s domestic terrorists.

As a federal institution, the FBI has never been properly constituted as an official arm of government. It only exists because, in the course of its early development, its first director, J. Edgar Hoover, amassed dossiers of negative data on Washington’s corrupt politicians and used it to ensure the growth of his bureau. Consequently, federal laws were created, giving them an overreaching super investigative authority.

But the legal congressional basis for their existence still doesn’t really exist. The FBI’s mandate is established in Title 28, Section 533, of the US Code. Who gives them that mandate? Why, it’s the US Attorney General, not the Congress.

Under that law, the FBI has the authority to “investigate all federal crime not assigned exclusively to another federal agency, appoint officials to detect and prosecute crimes against the United States.” (Ah, to detect and prosecute crimes, not create evidence to make a crime to suit their political masters’ desires.) “The FBI has authority to investigate threats to national security (not create them) pursuant to presidential executive orders, attorney general authorities, and various statutory sources. See: (Title II of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, Public Law 108-458, 118 Stat. 3638, outlines FBI intelligence authorities, as does Executive Order 12333; 50 U.S.C. 401 et seq.; 50 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.)

We do need a credible national law enforcement arm that the public will trust. The current FBI is not it! When a non-law enforcement trained DoJ lawyer is implanted as the Director of the FBI, with the authority to direct investigations, we have the sure precursors for corruption. Title 28, Sec. 533 must be dumped by Congress and reconfigured within the framework of the US Constitution.

The FBI enjoys a combination of authorities, giving them the ability to combine their national security efforts with criminal threats, to use their intelligence gathering tools like developing confidential sources and law enforcement tools for apprehensions, detentions, and prosecution, affording the FBI the ability to seamlessly shift between intelligence collection and action.

Basically, their inquiries fall under “sources and methods,” i.e., domestic spying with or without observing the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution. An example of going off the rails is the Patriot Act. It was suborned by the Marxist Democrats to sweep American Constitutional conservatives off the political landscape so Socialist Collectivism could be forced upon us unopposed.

We now see these unAmerican policies in action, especially at the local level. The Marine on the NY subway, for example. The Bodega shop owner who killed a robber and was charged with murder, the BLM & Antifa riots in Blue cities, and that’s just the beginning of our travails. They call us “paranoid,” but they are out to get us!

I seriously doubt we’ll see anybody headed for jail. Witnesses and whistleblowers may start falling out dead or missing, but we have come to expect that. The whole tawdry business can be summed up thus: The Trump-Russia collusion hoax was a fraudulent attempt to interfere with an election.

The FBI knew it was a DNC (Clinton) authored hoax and stopped investigations against Clinton’s foundation. The then FBI Director, James Comey, directed the FBI’s efforts to create a false narrative and leave a ‘cold trail.’ Obama knew all about it and condoned it. The mainstream media is totally complicit in colluding with the DNC fraud against Candidate Trump and President Trump.

Finally, John Durham’s investigation was obstructed by Joe Biden’s lackeys. While we may never see any legal action ever taken against the perpetrators of this massive hoax, I believe that when Trump is returned to the Presidency, those folks will be looking either for good lawyers or Russian passports. We see what the problem is. We know where it lies, and we know how to fix it. We just need some more conservative Republicans with the desire to do it. Jim Jordan and MTG can’t do it alone.
