The Gavel Project is a nonprofit (501(c)(3) public charity) that believes that a Gavel, rather than a Gun, is the best tool to solve our nation’s spiral into chaos. The Gavel Project is fighting for civil liberties on behalf of victims suffering from “woke” ideology abuses ⏤ including COVID-19 mandate abuses, and those suffering from ideals such as DEI, CRT, and similar Marxist nonsense masquerading under the guise of “equity and inclusion.”
Founded in 2021 by Arizona Attorney and Civil Rights Activist, Ryan Heath, The Gavel Project is inundated with applications for help from children and families across the Nation. The organization is entirely crowd-sourced funded. We pay attorneys so that the beneficiaries of our charity have top-notch legal representation. The Gavel Project cannot service the seemingly endless cries for help without additional resources.
Ryan Heath is the President and CEO of The Gavel Project. Ryan is a licensed Arizona Attorney with a background in criminal defense, worker’s compensation defense, and other general liability issues. Prior to his law career, he had extensive experience in sales, customer service, and good old manual labor. Ryan has a gift for creative problem-solving and leadership. He is involved in his community and enjoys giving back to charity. He is a devoted husband and father, and passionate about the Constitution and the freedoms it protects. Ryan has spoken a number of times on Steve Kirsch’s Vaccine Safety Research Foundation weekly Zoom.
Ryan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Legal Studies from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Honors Program of the Regent University School of Law. He earned numerous awards, including the Community Changer Award (recognizing a commitment to excellence and integrity as demonstrated by the pursuit of community involvement), Dean’s Academic Merit Award, William W. Wilkinson Endowed Scholarship Award, and Jean B. James Law School Named Scholar.
Ryan was one of 16 Regent law students selected to be taught by Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Samuel A. Alito Jr. for a special three-day jurisprudence seminar titled, “Select Issues in Constitutional Interpretation.” The seminar was held at the National Center for State Courts in Washington, D.C., in January 2020.
