You’d think that the human race would learn to discern truth from lies. After all, we’ve had millennia (some would say eons) to practice honing the skill. But what have we actually learned? Current evidence says, not much. The greatest lie ever told has been propagated throughout the ages, and we still somehow believe we will be like God if only we do what we’re told.
The “serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world” (Revelation 12:9) is still doing what he does best. We have no room to talk about the gullibility of Eve, who ate the forbidden fruit “when she saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise” (Genesis 3:6).
Serpents are still telling us lies. And naive hearers are still falling for the deception — literally. The lies propagated by America’s so-called leaders in public health, politics, and antisocial media have caused serious death and destruction. But the greatest lie ever told should have taught us a critical lesson that could actually have prevented the carnage of the manmade Covid pandemic.
Whether it’s the Spanish flu, H1N1, or the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic, the fact remains that modern pandemics—even manmade ones—really aren’t inherently a serious problem. Pandemic death and destruction come not from the virus, but from the treatment.
The “deadly” 1918/19 Spanish flu caused a good many young, healthy people to quickly succumb. But let’s be clear. The lethality of this pandemic was likely caused not by a virus but by doctors who prescribed megadoses of aspirin to treat it. As this article in the Clinical Infectious Diseases journal explains, “In 1918, the US Surgeon General, the US Navy, and the Journal of American Medical Association recommended the use of aspirin just before the October death spike.”
Déjà vu, anyone?
Then came the 1976 swine flu outbreak (an influenza A virus, subtype H1N1). It swept through the barracks at Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, infecting about 500 soldiers. Many didn’t even get sick. Thirteen were hospitalized. One died. As a result, the government came to our “rescue” with the untested swine flu vaccine, aiming to shoot every arm in the country by the end of the year. Over 40 million people were subsequently vaccinated before the program was stopped due to toxic neurologic side effects. Suddenly the country was taught a lesson about Gillian-Barré Syndrome.
Not exactly another déjà vu; they stopped the shots.
I myself was a victim of that shot. We were told at Taegu airbase in South Korea, “Nobody gets on that plane tomorrow [heading to Brisbane, Australia for war games] unless you get your vaccine.” I took it. I didn’t die. But the vaccine made me and everyone else so ill that we all wanted to die! Being a “government issue” (GI) made me an involuntary guinea pig. I didn’t like it. But at 19 years old, I didn’t know I had a choice.
When the America-funded Chinese virus was unleashed in Wuhan, lies again gushed forth. What were we told? “You will be safe from death if you take remdesivir.” “You will be wise to take this shot.” Once, again a trusting public swallowed the lie and ate of the fruit. Consequently, the Covid pandemic saw a drastic rise in deaths because of how government-funded scientists, medical doctors, and selfish politicians preyed upon those who trusted them.
We’ve got a few lessons yet to learn before the next designed pandemic arrives. When it does, your personal response could save your life, as well as many others. Are you prepared to reject the next forbidden fruit?
